A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongiswepiche’ characterized by its compact, upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; freely and early flowering habit; red-colored flowers with very light red-colored centers; and good garden performance.
