Vehicle device with fastening system for critical areas
The invention relates to a motor vehicle device including a one-piece fastening system of the motor vehicle. This fastening system includes a fastening flange, a guiding member having at least one supporting member and a supporting surface participating in maintaining the guiding member in a first position, and an elastically deformable portion exerting a restoring force adapted to restore the guiding member into said first position.
1. A device of a motor vehicle comprising a system for fastening to a part of the motor vehicle, characterized in that the fastening system comprises:
at least one fastening flange, the at least one fastening flange comprising a first portion having at least one orifice,
at least one guiding member projecting from the orifice along an axis substantially orthogonal to said first portion, the guiding member comprising at least one supporting member against a first face of said first portion participating in maintaining the guiding member in a first position, the supporting member being able to penetrate in the orifice when a force experienced by the device has an intensity greater than a threshold value, the force having a direction substantially parallel to the axis,
at least one supporting surface participating in maintaining the guiding member in said first position,
at least one elastically deformable portion exerting a restoring force adapted to return the guiding member to said first position.
2. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting surface is facing said first face.
3. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting surface is a second face of said first portion, the device comprising at least one clipping member at the second face participating in maintaining the guiding member in said first position.
4. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting member comprises at least one chamfer.
5. The device according to claim 1 , comprising at least one end stop of the guiding member.
6. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the guiding member comprises at least one narrowed portion from the supporting member.
7. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the elastically deformable part comprises a spring.
8. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the elastically deformable part comprises a tab of the at least one fastening flange.
9. The device according to claim 1 , comprising a sensor adapted to detect a return of the guiding member to the first position.
10. An assembly of a bodywork part and a motor vehicle device according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting surface is a portion of a surface of the bodywork part facing the first portion of the at least one fastening flange.
11. The assembly according to claim 10 , wherein the at least one fastening flange is integral with the bodywork part.
12. The assembly according to claim 10 , wherein the bodywork part is a structural part of a motor vehicle.
