Abstract

Amisulpride is used in the therapy of nausea, vomiting or retches. The therapy may utilize a novel injectable formulation, in unit dosage form, comprising less than 50 mg amisulpride.

Claims (2)

1 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising amisulpride in an amount of less than 50 mg per dose, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

2 . A method for the prevention and/or treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting, comprising administering amisulpride at a dose of less than 50 mg to a subject in need thereof.
