Abstract

BA-1049 (R) and its active metabolite are disclosed. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical formulations containing BA-1049 (R) or its active metabolite.

Claims (3)

1. A method of treating stroke in a patient suffering therefrom, the method comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a compound of the following structure:

or a salt thereof.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is deuterated.
