Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes a processor. The processor is configured to receive first image data representing a document, and generate, by processing corresponding to appearance characteristics of the document, second image data not representing information of a deletion target out of information represented in the first image data but representing information other than the information of the deletion target.

Claims (26)

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a processor configured to

receive first image data representing a document,

specify at least one of a type of the document, a period in which the document is created, a region in which the document is issued, based on appearance characteristics of the document, wherein different appearance characteristics of the document are pre-associated with different types of documents, different periods in which the documents are created, or different regions in which the documents are issued, and

generate, by processing corresponding to the type, the period or the region, second image data including data of the first image data except not a background pattern,

wherein the processing includes specifying an optimal cleansing learning device for deleting the background pattern based on the type, the period or the region.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the appearance characteristics represent a shape of a frame in the document.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the appearance characteristics represent a shape of a character in the document.

4. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a processor configured to

receive image data representing a document,

specify at least one of a type of the document, a period in which the document is created, a region in which the document is issued, based on appearance characteristics of the document, wherein different appearance characteristics of the document are pre-associated with different types of documents, different periods in which the documents are created, or different regions in which the documents are issued, and

recognize, by processing that is performed for recognizing a character represented in the image data and corresponds to the type, the period or the region, the character that is not part of a deletion target,

wherein the processing includes specifying an optimal cleansing learning device for deleting the character that is not part of a deletion target based on the type, the period or the region.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the appearance characteristics represent a shape of a frame in the document.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the appearance characteristics represent a shape of a character in the document.

7. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

receiving first image data representing a document; and

specify at least one of a type of the document, a period in which the document is created, a region in which the document is issued, based on appearance characteristics of the document, wherein different appearance characteristics of the document are pre-associated with different types of documents, different periods in which the documents are created, or different regions in which the documents are issued, and

generating, by processing corresponding to the type, the period or the region, second image data including data of the first image data except not a background pattern,

wherein the processing includes specifying an optimal cleansing learning device for deleting the background pattern based on the type, the period or the region.

8. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

receiving first image data representing a document, and

specifying at least one of a type of the document, a period in which the document is created, a region in which the document is issued, based on appearance characteristics of the document, wherein different appearance characteristics of the document are pre-associated with different types of documents, different periods in which the documents are created, or different regions in which the documents are issued, and

recognizing, by processing that is performed for recognizing a character represented in the first image data and corresponds to the type, the period or the region, the character that is not part of a deletion target,

wherein the processing includes specifying an optimal cleansing learning device for deleting the character that is not part of a deletion target based on the type, the period or the region.
