METHODS OF IDENTIFYING MULTIPLE EPITOPES IN CELLS
The invention provides methods, compositions, kits and devices for the detection of target molecules. In some embodiments, the invention allows for multiplexed target molecule detection.
1 . An automated system comprising:
a liquid handling platform comprising a modular microplate assembly including a plurality of microplate positions and a pipette head movable to the plurality of microplate positions;
at least one microplate storage unit;
a robotic arm movable between at least the plurality of microplate positions and the at least one microplate storage unit; and
a controller communicatively coupled to at least the liquid handling platform and the robotic arm.
2 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one microplate storage unit comprises a stacking tower.
3 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising a second microplate storage unit, and wherein the robotic arm is movable to the second microplate storage unit.
4 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein the liquid handling platform further comprises a gripper.
5 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein the pipette head comprises an interchangeable pipette head.
6 . The automated system of claim 5 , wherein the interchangeable pipette head comprises 96 pipette channels.
7 . The automated system of claim 5 , wherein the interchangeable pipette head comprises 384 pipette channels.
8 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of microplate positions comprises a heating element.
9 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of microplate positions comprises a cooling element.
10 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising a microplate sealing device.
11 . The automated system of claim 10 , further comprising a microplate sealant removal device.
12 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising at least one of a microplate shaker and a centrifuge.
13 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising at least one of an incubator and a thermocycler.
14 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising a sequencing device.
15 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising a magnetic separation device.
16 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising a reagent storage vessel.
17 . The automated system of claim 1 , further comprising at least one of a microplate reader and a fluorescent detector.
18 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein the controller comprises one or more central processing units and one or more memories communicatively coupled thereto, wherein the one or more memories include instructions for performing a plurality of liquid and/or cell handling procedures.
19 . The automated system of claim 19 , wherein the plurality of liquid and/or cell handling procedures are adapted for performing split-pool synthesis.
20 . The automated system of claim 1 , wherein the automated system is configured to perform one or more steps of split-pool synthesis.
