Abstract

A smart toilet comprising a bowl for receiving; and a projector adapted to display images or data onto the bowl is disclosed. The projector may display images, colors, or information including health and wellness information about a user or about the status of the toilet system.

Claims (22)

1 . A smart toilet comprising:

a bowl for receiving; and

a projector adapted to display images or data onto the bowl.

2 . The smart toilet of claim 1 wherein the bowl comprises a translucent material onto which the projector projects an image.

3 . The smart toilet of claim 1 further comprising at least one health and wellness sensor detecting at least one health and wellness factor for a user.

4 . The smart toilet of claim 3 wherein the projector displays alphanumeric user health and wellness data derived from the at least one health and wellness sensor.

5 . The smart toilet of claim 3 wherein the at least one health and wellness sensor detect at least one property of urine.

6 . The smart toilet of claim 5 wherein the health and wellness data comprises one or more of volume, flow rate, color, weight, density, content, temperature, clarity, pH, settled gradient, and flow geometry.

7 . The smart toilet of claim 5 wherein the at least one health and wellness sensor comprises at least one of CCD, MOS, CMOS, spectrometers, chromatographs, FET, nanoFET, MOSFET, mass spectrometers, electrodes, microphones, load cells, pressure gauges, PPG, thermometers, rheometers, durometers, pH detectors, and scent detectors.

8 . The smart toilet of claim 5 wherein the projector displays alphanumeric data derived from the at least one property of urine.

9 . The smart toilet of claim 3 wherein the at least one health and wellness sensor detect at least one property of feces.

10 . The smart toilet of claim 9 wherein the at least one health and wellness sensor comprises at least one of CCD, MOS, CMOS, spectrometers, chromatographs, FET, nanoFET, MOSFET, mass spectrometers, electrodes, microphones, load cells, pressure gauges, PPG, thermometers, rheometers, durometers, pH detectors, and scent detectors.

11 . The smart toilet of claim 9 wherein the projector displays alphanumeric data derived from the at least one property of feces.

12 . The smart toilet of claim 9 wherein the projector displays alphanumeric data derived from the at least one property of feces.

13 . The smart toilet of claim 3 wherein the display comprises health and wellness trends for the user based on current and historical data.

14 . The smart toilet of claim 13 wherein the display of trends is color coded.

15 . The smart toilet of claim 1 wherein the display comprises the user's identity.

16 . The smart toilet of claim 1 wherein the projector displays at least one image.

17 . The smart toilet of claim 16 wherein the at least one image comprises an image for a child in potty training.

18 . The smart toilet of claim 16 wherein the at least one image changes.

19 . The smart toilet of claim 16 wherein the at least one image moves.

20 . The smart toilet of claim 3 wherein the projector displays information about the status of the toilet.
