Abstract

Disclosed herein, inter alia, are compounds and methods of use thereof for the modulation of certain chemokine receptor activity.

Claims (73)

1. A compound having structural Formula (IIb):

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:

z4 is 0, 1, or 2;

X 2 is CR 9 ;

n1, n2, n3.2, n3.3, n4, n7, and n9 are independently an integer from 0 to 4;

m1, m2, m3.2, m3.3, m4, m7, m9, v1, v2, v3.2, v3.3, v4, v7, and v9 are independently 1 or 2;

L 7 is a bond, —O—, —S—, —NR 7.2B —, —C(O)—, —C(O)O—, —S(O)—, —S(O) 2 —, R 41 -substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 8 alkylene or R 41 -substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 8 cycloalkylene;

5. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 4 is hydrogen, halogen, —CX 4.1 3 , —CHX 4.1 2 , —CH 2 X 4.1 , —CN, —C(O)OR 4D , —C(O)NR 4B R 4C , substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 4 alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted 2 to 4 membered heteroalkyl.

6. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 4 is —Cl, —Br, —F, —CN, —COOH, —C(O)OCH 2 CH 3 , —C(CH 3 ) 2 OH, —C(O)NH 2 , —CF 3 , or —CH 3 .

7. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 and R 2 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl.

8. The compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl.

9. The compound of claim 8 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 is —CH 3 .

10. The compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 1 is hydrogen.

11. The compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 2 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl.

12. The compound of claim 11 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 2 is —CH 3 .

13. The compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 2 is hydrogen.

14. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 3.2 and R 3.3 are independently halogen.

15. The compound of claim 14 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R 3.2 and R 3.3 are independently chlorine.

16. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene.

17. The compound of claim 16 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a substituted or unsubstituted C 4 -C 6 cycloalkylene.

18. The compound of claim 17 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is an unsubstituted C 4 -C 6 cycloalkylene.

19. The compound of claim 18 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a substituted or unsubstituted cyclobutylene.

20. The compound of claim 16 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene.

21. The compound of claim 20 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 6 alkylene.

22. The compound of claim 16 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein L 7 is a bond.
