A new and distinct cultivar of Petunia plant named ‘Dopetsurye’, characterized by its upright and mounding to spreading plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large pale yellow green and greenish yellow-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
