Abstract

A multi-currency refund service processing method is disclosed. The method includes: receiving a refund request for a target transaction; in response to receiving the refund request, determining a pre-stored historical record of the target transaction; calculating a received refund amount of a current refund based on a total received refund amount in the historical record and a payable refund amount specified in the refund request; determining a rounding policy of the current refund and calculating a rounding difference based on a calculated paid refund amount; updating the total received refund amount in the historical record by using the calculated rounding difference; and generating a multi-currency refund service of the target transaction to be processed based on an updated total received refund amount.
