Abstract

The present disclosure describes systems and methods for using a model for a predetermined role for simulated phishing campaigns. A campaign controller communicates simulated phishing communications to one or more devices of a user using a model that the campaign controller selects from a plurality of models in a database that have been established for predetermined roles of a company. The model is selected based on one or more attributes of the user that are identified by the campaign controller. The campaign controller identifies one or more attributes of each user of a plurality of users for the simulated phishing campaign, and the campaign controller selects a respective model for each user based on the attributes of each user, wherein the models are not all the same for all of the users.

Claims (26)

1. A method comprising:

establishing, by one or more processors, each of a plurality of artificial intelligence models corresponding to one of a plurality of roles;

identifying, by the one or more processors, a user and one more attributes of the user;

selecting, by the one or more processors using the one or more attributes of the user, an artificial intelligence model for a role of the user from the plurality of artificial intelligence models available for the plurality of roles;

receiving, by a controller configured on the one or more processors responsive to the one or more processors providing to the artificial intelligence model an input of information related to one or more simulated phishing communications, an output from the artificial intelligence model that identifies a next action associated with the one or more simulated phishing communications to perform for simulated phishing to the user based at least on the role; and

communicating, by controller to at least one device of the user a simulated phishing communication based at least on the next action identified by the output of the artificial intelligence model.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of artificial intelligence models corresponds to one of the plurality of roles for an industry, a demographic or an organization level in a company.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the role comprises one of the following: an executive, a researcher, a human resources staff, an information technology staff or a chief security officer.

4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising selecting, by the one or more processors, the artificial intelligence model from the plurality of artificial intelligence models independent from any user selecting the model.

5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising using, by the one or more processors, the artificial intelligence model to identify content to include in the simulated phishing communication based at least on the role.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the simulated phishing communication comprises one of the following: an email, a text or short message service (SMS) message, a phone call or an Internet based communication.

7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising selecting, by the one or more processors, a respective artificial intelligence model for each user of the plurality of users based on at least the one or more attributes of each user, wherein at least one artificial intelligence model selected for a first user of the plurality of users is different from a second artificial intelligence model selected for a second user of the plurality of users.

8. A system comprising:

one or more processors and a memory, the one or more processors configured to:

establish each of a plurality of artificial intelligence models corresponding to one of a plurality of roles;

identify a user and one more attributes of the user;

select, using the one or more attributes of the user, an artificial intelligence model for a role of the user from the plurality of artificial intelligence models available for the plurality of roles;

a controller configured on the one or more processors and configured to:

receive, responsive to the one or more processors providing to the artificial intelligence model an input of information related to one or more simulated phishing communications, an output from the artificial intelligence model that identifies a next action associated with the one or more simulated phishing communications to perform for simulated phishing to the user based at least on the role; and

communicate to at least one device of the user a simulated phishing communication based at least on the next action identified by the output of the artificial intelligence model.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein each of the plurality of artificial intelligence models corresponds to one of the plurality of roles for an industry, a demographic or an organization level in a company.

10. The system of claim 8 , wherein the role comprises one of the following: an executive, a researcher, a human resources staff, an information technology staff or a chief security officer.

11. The system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to select the artificial intelligence model from the plurality of artificial intelligence models independent from any user selecting the model.

12. The system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to use the artificial intelligence model to identify content to include in the simulated phishing communication based at least on the role.

13. The system of claim 8 , wherein the simulated phishing communication comprises one of the following: an email, a text or short message service (SMS) message, a phone call or an Internet based communication.

14. The system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to select a respective artificial intelligence model for each user of the plurality of users based on at least the one or more attributes of each user, wherein at least one artificial intelligence model selected for a first user of the plurality of users is different from a second artificial intelligence model selected for a second user of the plurality of users.
