Products and methods for reducing malodor
Products and methods are disclosed for reducing the production of unwanted odors from the pudendum.
1 . An acidic deodorant cream for application to the external human skin, comprising: water, from 2% to 5% by weight of mandelic acid, about 0.5% to about 10% of at least one fatty alcohol selected from the group consisting of stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and, behenyl alcohol, and a skin soothing agent selected from the group consisting of panthenol, ethyl panthenol, pantothenic acid, allantoin, bisabolol, and dipotassium glycyrrhizinateone, wherein the acidic deodorant cream has a pH from 2.8 to 4.5, is free of EDTA and comprises less than 0.1% of methanol, ethanol, propanol, glycolic acid and bicarbonates.
2 . The deodorant cream of claim 1 comprising allantoin.

An acidic deodorant cream for application to the external human skin, comprising: water, from 2% to 5% by weight of mandelic acid, about 0.5% to about 10% of cetyl alcohol and allantoin, wherein the acidic deodorant cream has a pH from 2.8 to 4.5, is free of EDTA and comprises less than 0.1% of methanol, ethanol, propanol, glycolic acid and bicarbonates.
