Thienopyrimidine derivatives, processes for the preparation thereof and therapeutic uses thereof
The present invention relates to compounds of formula (1): wherein R6 is —CONH 2 or a —C(R α )(R β )(OH) group; R is a substituted phenyl or heteroaryl group; R7 is an optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl group. Process for the preparation thereof and therapeutic use thereof.
1. A compound of formula (XII):

R7 is an aryl or a heteroaryl group, wherein the aryl group or the heteroaryl group is optionally substituted with one or several substituents selected, independently in each instance, from the group consisting of cyano, halogen, (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl, OR′4, CH 2 OH, CH 2 NH 2 , Sb(O) n R′4, R8 and OR8;
wherein:
R′4 is a hydrogen atom, a (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl group or an aryl group, wherein the (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl group or the aryl group is optionally substituted with a halogen atom, an NH 2 group or an OH group;
n is 1 or 2; and
R8 is a halo(C 1 -C 6 )alkyl group;
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
