Abstract

A method of providing artificial intelligence (AI) functionality to target legacy customer outreach platforms of a plurality of tenant enterprises includes storing a plurality of AI templates, each of which is associated with one or more AI routines, generating a campaign object associating one or more of the AI templates with a tenant enterprise from among the plurality of tenant enterprises, transforming a communication on a switching network associated with the tenant enterprise according to the one or more AI templates associated with the campaign object, and providing the transformed communication to a target legacy customer outreach platform of the tenant enterprise.

Claims (43)

1. A method of soliciting customer preferences for use in providing artificial intelligence (AI) functionality to target legacy customer outreach platforms of a plurality of tenant enterprises, the method comprising:

generating, by an AI-based compliance and preference server, a generic form to be used by the plurality of tenant enterprises for input of customer preferences;

branding, by the AI-based compliance and preference server, the generic form to match a look and feel of a web site or mobile application of a tenant enterprise from among the plurality of tenant enterprises; and

hosting, by a data and forms engine server, the branded form to be accessed upon redirection from the web site or mobile application of the tenant enterprise.

2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

storing a customer input to the branded form; and

running one or more AI templates based on the customer input.

3. The method of claim 2 , further comprising modifying a customer list according to the one or more AI templates.

4. The method of claim 3 , further comprising providing the modified list to a target legacy customer outreach platform of the tenant enterprise.

5. The method of claim 2 , wherein the one or more AI templates includes an AI template that governs an inbound customer outreach communication.

6. The method of claim 2 , wherein the one or more AI templates includes an AI template that governs an outbound customer outreach communication.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the customer preferences include a preferred communication method or channel.

8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the customer preferences include a preferred frequency of outreach.

9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the customer preferences include a preferred nature of content.

10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the customer preferences include a preferred time or day of communication.

11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the generic form is generated using JavaScript.

12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the generic form is generated using HTML.

13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the generic form includes one or more instrumentations selected from the group consisting of: a text box, a check box, and a radio button.

14. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

storing a plurality of AI templates, each of which is associated with one or more AI routines;

generating a campaign object associating one or more of the AI templates with the tenant enterprise; and

editing the branded form according to the one or more AI templates associated with the campaign object.

A non-transitory program storage medium on which are stored instructions executable by a processor to perform operations for soliciting customer preferences for use in providing artificial intelligence (AI) functionality to target legacy customer outreach platforms of a plurality of tenant enterprises, the operations comprising:

generating, by an AI-based compliance and preference server, a generic form to be used by the plurality of tenant enterprises for input of customer preferences;

branding, by the AI-based compliance and preference server, the generic form to match a look and feel of a web site or mobile application of a tenant enterprise from among the plurality of tenant enterprises; and

hosting, by a data and forms engine server, the branded form to be accessed upon redirection from the web site or mobile application of the tenant enterprise.

16. The non-transitory program storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise:

storing a customer input to the branded form; and

running one or more AI templates based on the customer input.

17. The non-transitory program storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise:

storing a plurality of AI templates, each of which is associated with one or more AI routines;

generating a campaign object associating one or more of the AI templates with the tenant enterprise; and

editing the branded form according to the one or more AI templates associated with the campaign object.

18. A system for soliciting customer preferences for use in providing artificial intelligence (AI) functionality to target legacy customer outreach platforms of a plurality of tenant enterprises, the system comprising:

an AI-based compliance and preference server for generating a generic form to be used by the plurality of tenant enterprises for input of customer preferences and branding the generic form to match a look and feel of a web site or mobile application of a tenant enterprise from among the plurality of tenant enterprises; and

a data and forms engine server for hosting the branded form to be accessed upon redirection from the web site or mobile application of the tenant enterprise.

19. The system of claim 18 , further comprising:

a database for storing a customer input to the branded form;

wherein the AI-based compliance and preference server runs one or more AI templates based on the customer input.

20. The method of claim 18 , further comprising:

a database for storing a plurality of AI templates, each of which is associated with one or more AI routines; and

a decisioning and workflow engine for generating a campaign object associating one or more of the AI templates with the tenant enterprise;

wherein the AI-based compliance and preference server edits the branded form according to the one or more AI templates associated with the campaign object.
