Abstract

The present invention relates to immunoglobulins that bind FcγRIIb+ cells and coengage the antigen on the cell's surface and an FcγRIIb on the cell's surface, methods for their generation, and methods for using the immunoglobulins.

Claims (6)

1 . A nucleic acid encoding an Fc variant comprising at least amino acid modifications G236N and S267E as compared to a parent Fc polypeptide, wherein numbering is according to the EU index according to Kabat.

2 . An expression vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1 .

3 . A host cell comprising the vector of claim 2 .

4 . A nucleic acid encoding a heavy chain of an antibody, the heavy chain comprising an Fc variant comprising at least amino acid modifications G236N and S267E as compared to a parent Fc polypeptide, wherein numbering is according to the EU index according to Kabat.

5 . An expression vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 4 .

6 . A host cell comprising the vector of claim 5 .
