Abstract

A system for physiological signal monitoring including a housing, a physiological signal sensor carried by the housing, a microphone carried by the housing, and a symptom button carried by the housing, wherein the microphone is operable to capture an audio recording upon activation of the symptom button and a physiological signal captured by the physiological signal sensor during the activation of the symptom button is associated with the audio recording.

Claims (6)

1 . A system for physiological signal monitoring comprising:

a housing;

a physiological signal sensor carried by the housing;

a microphone carried by the housing; and

a symptom button carried by the housing; and

wherein the microphone is operable to capture an audio recording upon activation of the symptom button and a physiological signal captured by the physiological signal sensor during the activation of the symptom button is associated with the audio recording.
