Abstract

An embodiment provides a method, including: a plurality of devices, each of the plurality of devices being associated with one of the plurality of tenants; an integration layer that routes transactional data corresponding to the plurality of tenants; a staging database associated with one of the plurality of tenants, wherein the staging database comprises a collection of transactional data identifying information related to statistics corresponding to the tenants; wherein the staging database comprises utilizing a drill down operation to implement real-time source data collection, wherein the drill down operation to implement real-time data source collection comprises linking raw data associates one of the plurality tenants by use of the drill down operation to reveal refined sourced data; and a front end program that displays on a graphical user interface the refined source data associated with each of the plurality of tenants. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Claims (30)

1. A system, comprising:

a plurality of devices, each of the plurality of devices being associated with one of the plurality of tenants;

an integration layer that routes transactional data corresponding to the plurality of tenants;

a staging database associated with one of the plurality of tenants, wherein the staging database comprises a collection of transactional data identifying information related to statistics corresponding to the tenants;

wherein the staging database comprises utilizing a drill down operation to implement real-time source data collection, wherein the drill down operation to implement real-time data source collection comprises linking raw data associates one of the plurality tenants by use of the drill down operation to reveal refined sourced data, wherein the drill down operation comprises choosing dimensions for accessing source data and wherein the choosing dimensions comprises selecting a physician assigned to the tenant; and

a front end program that displays on a graphical user interface the refined source data associated with each of the plurality of tenants.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the choosing dimensions comprises selecting from at least one of: a yearly dimension, a quarterly dimensions, and a month dimension.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the choosing dimension comprises selecting a discipline.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein utilizing the drill down operation does not interfere with the source data.

5. The system of 1 , wherein the graphical user interface provides an option to retrieve the transactional data.

6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the front end program permits re-organization of the plurality of selectable elements to facilitate retrieval of different combinations of transactional data from the staging database.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the front end program automatically forms a predetermined graphic using the transactional data based on one or more selectable elements selected by a user within the graphical user interface.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein:

the front end program determines a user permission; and

the front end program provides, based on the user permission, a predetermined view of the transactional data associated with a predetermined subset of storage dimensions.

9. A method, comprising:

receiving, from a plurality of devices, transactional data, each of the plurality of devices being associated with one of a plurality of tenants;

routing the transactional through an integration layer corresponding to the plurality of tenants;

collecting, at a staging database associated with the plurality of tenants, transactional data identifying information related to statistics corresponding to the tenants;

wherein the staging database comprises utilizing a drill down operation to implement real-time source data collection, wherein the drill down operation to implement real-time data source collection comprises linking raw data associates one of the plurality tenants by use of the drill down operation to reveal refined sourced data, wherein the drill down operation comprises choosing dimensions for accessing source data and wherein the choosing dimensions comprises selecting a physician assigned to the tenant; and

displaying, on a client device of one of the plurality of tenants, a front end program comprising a graphical user interface having refined source data associated with each of the plurality of tenants.

10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the choosing dimensions comprises selecting from at least one of: a yearly dimension, a quarterly dimensions, and a month dimension.

11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the choosing dimension comprises selecting a discipline.

12. The method of claim 9 , wherein utilizing the drill down operation does not interfere with the source data.

13. The method of 9 , wherein the graphical user interface provides an option to retrieve the transactional data.

14. The method of claim 9 , wherein the front end program permits re-organization of the plurality of selectable elements to facilitate retrieval of different combinations of transactional data from the staging database.

15. The method of claim 9 , wherein the front end program automatically forms a predetermined graphic using the event data based on one or more selectable elements selected by a user within the graphical user interface.

16. The method of claim 9 , further comprising:

determining a user permission;

wherein said front end program provides, based on the user permission, a predetermined view of the transactional data associated with a predetermined subset of storage dimensions.
