Abstract

An organic compound, an electroluminescent material and its application are provided in the present disclosure. The organic compound includes a structure: X is selected from O, S, N—R N1 , and CR C1 R C2 ; Y is selected from O, S, N—R N2 , CR C3 R C4 , O═S═O, SiR S1 R S2 , O═P—Ar 1 , and S═P—Ar 2 , R N1 , R N2 , R C1 , R C2 , R C3 , R C4 , R S1 , and R S2 are each independently selected from C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, C6˜C40 aryl, and C3˜C40 heteroaryl; Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from C6˜C40 aryl and C3˜C40 heteroaryl; L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , L 4 , and L 5 are each independently selected from a single bond, C6˜C40 arylene, and C3˜C40 heteroarylene; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are each independently selected from deuterium, C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, C1˜C20 alkoxy, C1˜C20 alkylthio, C3˜C20 cycloalkyl, C6˜C40 aryl, C3˜C40 heteroaryl, and C6˜C40 arylamino; and n 1 , n 2 , n 3 , n 4 , n 5 , m 1 , m 2 , m 3 , m 4 , and m 5 are integers each independently selected from 0-2.

Claims (79)

1. An organic compound, having a structure shown in formula I:

wherein:

X is selected from O, S, N—R N1 , and CR C1 R C2 ;

Y is selected from O, S, N—R N2 , CR C3 R C4 , O═S═O, SiR S1 R S2 , O═P—Ar 1 , and S═P—Ar 2 ,

R N1 , R N2 , R C1 , R C2 , R C3 , R C4 , R S1 , and R S2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , L 4 , and L 5 are each independently selected from any one of a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylene, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroarylene;

R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are each independently selected from any one of deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkylthio, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylamino; and

n 1 , n 2 , n 3 , n 4 , n 5 , m 1 , m 2 , m 3 , m 4 , and m 5 are integers each independently selected from 0-2.

2. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein:

a substituent in each of the substituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, the substituted C6˜C40 aryl, the substituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl, the substituted C6˜C40 arylene, the substituted C3˜C40 heteroarylene, the substituted C1˜C20 alkoxy, the substituted C1˜C20 alkylthio, the substituted C3˜C20 cycloalkyl, and the substituted C6˜C40 arylamino is independently selected from at least one of deuterium, cyano, halogen, unsubstituted or unhalogenated C1˜C10 straight or branched alkyl, C1˜C10 alkoxy, C1˜C10 alkylthio, C6˜C20 aryl, C2˜C20 heteroaryl, or C6˜C18 arylamino.

3. The organic compound according to claim 2 , wherein R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from any one of following groups:

a dashed line denotes a connecting point of a group;

R 21 is selected from any one of deuterium, cyano, halogen, unsubstituted or unhalogenated C1˜C10 straight or branched alkyl, C1˜C10 alkoxy, C1˜C10 alkylthio, C6˜C20 aryl, C2˜C20 heteroaryl, and C6˜C18 arylamino; and

s 1 is an integer selected from 0˜4; s 2 is an integer selected from 0˜3; s 3 is an integer selected from 0˜2; s 4 is an integer selected from 0˜6; s 5 is an integer selected from 0˜5; s 6 is integer selected from 0˜7; and s 7 is an integer selected from 0˜9.

4. The organic compound according to claim 3 , wherein R 1 and R 2 is each independently selected from any one of following groups, or any one of following groups substituted by one or more substituents:

wherein:

a dashed line denotes a connecting point of a group; and

the one or more substituents are each independently selected from at least one of deuterium, C1˜C10 straight or branched alkyl, C1˜C10 alkoxy, C1˜C10 alkylthio, C6˜C20 aryl, C2˜C20 heteroaryl, and C6˜C18 arylamino.

5. The organic compound according to claim 2 , wherein:

R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are each independently selected from any one of deuterium, unsubstituted or R x2 substituted C1˜C6 linear or branched alkyl, unsubstituted or R x2 substituted C6˜C12 aryl, unsubstituted or R x2 substituted C3˜C12 heteroaryl, diphenylamino, C1˜C6 alkoxy, and C1˜C6 alkylthio; and

R x2 is selected from any one of deuterium, halogen, cyano, C1˜C6 linear or branched alkyl, C6˜C12 aryl, C3˜C12 heteroaryl, diphenylamino, C1˜C6 alkoxy, and C1˜C6 alkylthio.

6. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein:

L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , L 4 , and L 5 are each independently selected from any one of a single bond, phenylene, biphenylene, naphthylene, and C3˜C12 nitrogen-containing heteroarylene.

7. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from any one of following groups:

wherein:

a dashed line denotes a connecting point of a group;

Z 1 and Z 2 are each independently selected from O, S, N—R N3 , CR C5 R C6 or SiR S3 R S4 ;

R N3 , R N4 , R C5 , R C6 , R S3 , and R S4 are each independently selected from any one of hydrogen, deuterium, unsubstituted or Rd substituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, unsubstituted or R x1 substituted C6˜C40 aryl, and unsubstituted or R x1 substituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl; and R C5 and R C6 are not connected or connected to form a ring through chemical bonds;

R 11 , R 12 , and R x1 are each independently selected from any one of deuterium, halogen, C1˜C10 linear or branched alkyl, C1˜C10 alkoxy, C1˜C10 alkylthio, C6˜C20 aryl, C2˜C20 heteroaryl, and C6˜C18 arylamino;

t 1 and t 3 are integers each independently selected from 0-4;

t 2 is an integer selected from 0-3; and

t 4 and t 5 are integers each independently selected from 0-5.

8. The organic compound according to claim 7 , wherein:

R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from any one of following groups, or any one of following groups substituted by one or more substituents:

wherein:

a dashed line denotes a connecting point of a group; and

the one or more substituents are each independently selected from at least one of deuterium, C1˜C10 straight or branched alkyl, C1˜C10 alkoxy, C1˜C10 alkylthio, C6˜C20 aryl, C2˜C20 heteroaryl, and C6˜C18 arylamino.

9. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein:

X is selected from O and S.

10. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein:

Y is selected from O, S, N—R N2 and CR C3 R C4 .

11. The organic compound according to claim 10 , wherein:

R N2 , R C3 , and R C4 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C6 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C12 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C12 heteroaryl; and

a substituent in each of the substituted C1˜C6 linear or branched alkyl, the substituted C6˜C12 aryl, and the substituted C3˜C12 heteroaryl is independently selected from any one of deuterium, C1˜C6 linear or branched alkyl, C6˜C12 aryl, C3˜C12 heteroaryl, diphenylamino, C1˜C6 alkoxy, and C1˜C6 alkylthio.

12. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein the organic compound is selected from any one of compounds M1 through M135 and N1 through N101:

13. An electroluminescent material, comprising:

an organic compound, having a structure shown in formula I:

wherein:

X is selected from O, S, N—R N1 , and CR C1 R C2 ;

Y is selected from O, S, N—R N2 , CR C3 R C4 , O═S═O, SiR S1 R S2 , O═P—Ar 1 , and S═P—Ar 2 ;

R N1 , R N2 , R C1 , R C2 , R C3 , R C4 , R S1 , and R S2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , L 4 , and L 5 are each independently selected from any one of a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylene, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroarylene;

R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are each independently selected from any one of deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkylthio, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylamino; and

n 1 , n 2 , n 3 , n 4 , n 5 , m 1 , m 2 , m 3 , m 4 , and m 5 are integers each independently selected from 0-2.

14. A display panel, comprising:

an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device, wherein the OLED device includes an anode, a cathode, and an organic thin-film layer between the anode and the cathode; and a material of the organic thin-film layer includes:

an electroluminescent material, comprising:

an organic compound, having a structure shown in formula I:

wherein:

X is selected from O, S, N—R N1 , and CR C1 R C2 ;

Y is selected from O, S, N—R N2 , CR C3 R C4 , O═S═O, SiR S1 R S2 , O═P—Ar 1 , and S═P—Ar 2 ;

R N1 , R N2 , R C1 , R C2 , R C3 , R C4 , R S1 , and R S2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from any one of substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl;

L 1 , L 2 , L 3 , L 4 , and L 5 are each independently selected from any one of a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylene, and substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroarylene;

R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are each independently selected from any one of deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 linear or branched alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜C20 alkylthio, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3˜C40 heteroaryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6˜C40 arylamino; and

n 1 , n 2 , n 3 , n 4 , n 5 , m 1 , m 2 , m 3 , m 4 , and m 5 are integers each independently selected from 0-2.

15. The display panel according to claim 14 , wherein:

the organic thin-film layer includes an emission layer made of a material including the electroluminescent material.

16. The display panel according to claim 15 , wherein:

the electroluminescent material is used as a phosphorescent host material of the emission layer.

17. The display panel according to claim 14 , wherein:

the organic thin-film layer includes an electron transport layer made of a material including the electroluminescent material.

18. The display panel according to claim 14 , wherein:

the organic thin-film layer includes a hole blocking layer made of a material including the electroluminescent material.

19. An electronic device, comprising:

the display panel according to claim 14 .
