Electronic cigarette
An atomizing electronic cigarette has an atomizing core component and a liquid storage component. including an electric heater. The electric heater may have a through hole aligned with a channel passing through the liquid storage component. The cigarette can heat and uniformly vaporize liquid from the liquid storage component, with the user inhaling the vaporized liquid. The vapor generated by the atomizing process may be cooled as it flows through the channel.
1. An electronic cigarette, comprising:
a first housing containing a battery;
a second housing including a liquid storage component containing liquid;
an electric heater electrically connected to the battery;
a channel through the liquid storage component, the channel forming part of an airflow path within the second housing, the channel providing a passageway from the electric heater to an inhalation port;
a ceramic liquid permeating component at a first end of the channel, the ceramic liquid permeating component in contact with liquid from the liquid storage component; and
the electric heater comprising an electric heating film on a surface of the ceramic liquid permeating component.
2. The electronic cigarette of claim 1 further including an air vent in the second housing leading into the channel.
3. The electronic cigarette of claim 2 wherein air flowing into the air vent passes over the electric heating film.
4. The electronic cigarette of claim 1 wherein a first side of the ceramic liquid permeating component is contacted by the liquid and a second side of the ceramic liquid permeating component is in contact with the electric heater.
5. The electronic cigarette of claim 1 wherein the electric heater is aligned with the channel.
6. An electronic cigarette, comprising:
a first housing containing a battery and a sensor;
a second housing providing a liquid storage component containing liquid;
an electric heater electrically connected to the battery;
a channel extending centrally through the liquid storage component, the channel forming part of an airflow path within the second housing, the channel providing a continuous passageway from the electric heater to an inhalation port in the second housing;
a ceramic liquid permeating component at a first end of the channel, the ceramic liquid permeating component in contact with liquid from the liquid storage component;
the electric heater comprising an electric heating film on a first surface of the ceramic liquid permeating component; and
a second surface of the ceramic liquid permeating component in contact with liquid from the liquid storage component.
7. The electronic cigarette of claim 6 further including an air vent in the second housing leading into the channel.
8. The electronic cigarette of claim 7 wherein air flowing into the air vent passes over the electric heating film.
9. The electronic cigarette of claim 6 wherein the electric heating film is aligned with the channel.
