Active compound combinations comprising a (thio)carboxamide derivative and a fungicidal compound
The present invention relates to active compound combinations, in particular within a fungicide composition, which comprises (A) a N-cyclopropyl-N-[substituted-benzyl]-3-(difluoromethyl)-5-fluoro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide or thiocarboxamide derivative and a further fungicidally active compound (B). Moreover, the invention relates to a method for curatively or preventively or eradicatively controlling the phytopathogenic fungi of plants or crops, to the use of a combination according to the invention for the treatment of seed, to a method for protecting a seed and not at least to the treated seed.
1 . A fungicidal composition comprising:
(A) a compound of formula (I):
wherein T represents an oxygen atom and X is 5-chloro-2-isopropyl; and
(B1) at least one further active fungicidal compound selected from the group consisting of: cyproconazole, epoxiconazole, fenhexamid, metconazole, propiconazole, prothioconazole, spiroxamine, tebuconazole, difenoconazole, bixafen, fluopyram, isopyrazam species selected from the group consisting of a mixture of syn-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9RS and anti-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9SR, syn-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9RS, syn-epimeric enantiomer 1R,4S,9R, syn-epimeric enantiomer 1S,4R,9S, anti-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9SR, anti-epimeric enantiomer 1R,4S,9S, and anti-epimeric enantiomer 1S,4R,9R; penflufen, penthiopyrad, sedaxane, fluxapyroxad, benzovindiflupyr, azoxystrobin, fluoxastrobin, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, folpet, pyrimethanil, metalaxyl, fludioxonil, and (3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-benzyl-3-[({3-[(isobutyryloxy)methoxy]-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl}carbonyl)amino]-6-methyl-4,9-dioxo-1,5-dioxonan-7-yl-2-methylpropanoate,
wherein each of (A) and (B1) is present in the composition at active but non-phytotoxic amounts, and
wherein the weight ratio of (A):(B1) is in a range of 1:1 to 1:20, the concentration of (A) is 0.125 to 40 ppm, the concentration of (B1) is 0.125 to 400 ppm, and the composition results in a synergistic fungicidal effect.
2 . The composition according to claim 1 , comprising at least one further active ingredient selected from the group consisting of insecticides, attractants, sterilants, bactericides, acaricides, nematicides, fungicides, growth regulators, herbicides, fertilizers, safeners and semiochemicals.
3 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the isopyrazam species a mixture of syn-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9RS and anti-epimeric racemate 1RS,4SR,9SR.
4 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the weight ratio of (A):(B1) is in a range of 1:1 to 1:10.

The composition according to claim 1 , wherein (B1) is selected from the group consisting of fenhexamid, prothioconazole, tebuconazole, difenoconazole, fluopyram, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, and (3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-benzyl-3-[({3-[(isobutyryloxy)methoxy]-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl}carbonyl)amino]-6-methyl-4,9-dioxo-1,5-dioxonan-7-yl-2-methylpropanoate.
6 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein (B1) is fluopyram, and wherein the weight ratio of (A):(B1) is in a range of 1:1 to 1:10.
7 . A composition for controlling phytopathogenic harmful fungi, comprising a composition according to claim 1 , in addition to extenders and/or surfactants.
8 . A method for controlling phytopathogenic harmful fungi, comprising applying a composition according to claim 1 to the phytopathogenic harmful fungi and/or their habitat.
9 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the phytopathogenic harmful fungi is of the Phytophthora, Venturia, Alternaria, Sphaerotheca, Botrytis, Blumeria, Fusarium, Leptosphaeria, Puccinia, Pyrenophora , or Septoria species.
10 . A process for producing compositions for controlling phytopathogenic harmful fungi, comprising mixing a composition according to claim 1 with extenders and/or surfactants.
11 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the phytopathogenic harmful fungi is of the Phytophthora, Venturia, Alternaria, Sphaerotheca, Botrytis, Blumeria, Fusarium, Leptosphaeria, Puccinia, Pyrenophora , or Septoria species.
12 . A method for the treatment of transgenic plants, comprising applying a composition according to claim 1 to said transgenic plants.
13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the transgenic plant is tomato, apple, cucumber, bean, barley, or wheat.
14 . A method for the treatment of seed or of seed of transgenic plants, comprising applying a composition according to claim 1 to said seed or to said transgenic plants.
15 . The method according to claim 14 , wherein the transgenic plant is tomato, apple, cucumber, bean, barley, or wheat.
