Abstract

An optimized thermocouple system and a method of optimizing a thermocouple system having a plurality of thermocouple probes and a junction box is provided and includes examining the thermocouple system to identify a first thermocouple probe of the plurality of thermocouple probes, wherein the first thermocouple probe includes a first positive leg and a first negative leg and is located electrically farthest from the junction box. The method includes calculating a first loop resistance between the first thermocouple probe and the junction box and configuring a second thermocouple probe of the plurality of thermocouple probes having a second positive leg, a second negative leg and a second loop resistance such that the second loop resistance is substantially equal to the first loop resistance.

Claims (119)

1. A wire harness, comprising:

a Wire Harness Connector (WHC) having a first WHC positive terminal, a first WHC negative terminal, a second WHC positive terminal and a second WHC negative terminal;

a first component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of first component wires, wherein the plurality of first component wires include a first component wire length and a first component loop resistance;

a second component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of second component wires, wherein the plurality of second component wires include a second component wire length and a second component loop resistance;

a third component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of third component wires, wherein the plurality of third component wires include a third component wire length and a third component loop resistance;

a fourth component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of fourth component wires, wherein the plurality of fourth component wires include a fourth component wire length and a fourth component loop resistance;

a fifth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of fifth component wires, wherein the plurality of fifth component wires include a fifth component wire length and a fifth component loop resistance;

a sixth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of sixth component wires, wherein the plurality of sixth component wires includes a sixth component wire length and a sixth component loop resistance;

a seventh component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of seventh component wires, wherein the plurality of seventh component wires include a seventh component wire length and a seventh component loop resistance; and

an eighth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of eighth component wires, wherein the plurality of eighth component wires include an eighth component wire length and an eighth component loop resistance,

wherein at least one of the first component wire length, the second component wire length, the third component wire length, the fourth component wire length, the fifth component wire length, the sixth component wire length, the seventh component wire length and the eighth component wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance, the second component loop resistance, the third component loop resistance, the fourth component loop resistance, the fifth component loop resistance, the sixth component loop resistance, the seventh component loop resistance and the eighth component loop resistance.

2. The wire harness of claim 1 , wherein

the first component includes a first component positive terminal and a first component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of first component wires includes at least one first component positive wire having a first component positive wire resistance and a first component positive wire length and at least one first component negative wire having a first component negative wire resistance and a first component negative wire length, wherein the first component loop resistance includes the first component positive wire resistance and the first component negative wire resistance;

the second component includes a second component positive terminal and a second component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of second component wires includes at least one second component positive wire having a second component positive wire resistance and a second component positive wire length and at least one second component negative wire having a second component negative wire resistance and a second component negative wire length, wherein the second component loop resistance includes the second component positive wire resistance and the second component negative wire resistance,

the third component includes a third component positive terminal and a third component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of third component wires includes at least one third component positive wire having a third component positive wire resistance and a third component positive wire length and at least one third component negative wire having a third component negative wire resistance and a third component negative wire length, wherein the third component loop resistance includes the third component positive wire resistance and the third component negative wire resistance,

the fourth component includes a fourth component positive terminal and a fourth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of fourth component wires includes at least one fourth component positive wire having a fourth component positive wire resistance and a fourth component positive wire length and at least one fourth component negative wire having a fourth component negative wire resistance and a fourth component negative wire length, wherein the fourth component loop resistance includes the fourth component positive wire resistance and the fourth component negative wire resistance,

the fifth component includes a fifth component positive terminal and a fifth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of fifth component wires includes at least one fifth component positive wire having a fifth component positive wire resistance and a fifth component positive wire length and at least one fifth component negative wire having a fifth component negative wire resistance and a fifth component negative wire length, wherein the fifth component loop resistance includes the fifth component positive wire resistance and the fifth component negative wire resistance,

the sixth component includes a sixth component positive terminal and a sixth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of sixth component wires includes at least one sixth component positive wire having a sixth component positive wire resistance and a sixth component positive wire length and at least one sixth component negative wire having a sixth component negative wire resistance and a sixth component negative wire length, wherein the sixth component loop resistance includes the sixth component positive wire resistance and the sixth component negative wire resistance,

the seventh component includes a seventh component positive terminal and a seventh component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of seventh component wires includes at least one seventh component positive wire having a seventh component positive wire resistance and a seventh component positive wire length and at least one seventh component negative wire having a seventh component negative wire resistance and a seventh component negative wire length, wherein the seventh component loop resistance includes the seventh component positive wire resistance and the seventh component negative wire resistance, and

the eighth component includes an eighth component positive terminal and an eighth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of eighth component wires includes at least one eighth component positive wire having an eighth component positive wire resistance and an eighth component positive wire length and at least one eighth component negative wire having an eighth component negative wire resistance and an eighth component negative wire length, wherein the eighth component loop resistance includes the eighth component positive wire resistance and the eighth component negative wire resistance.

3. The wire harness of claim 2 , wherein

the at least one first component positive wire includes a first component first positive wire having a first component first positive wire resistance and a first component first positive wire length and a first component second positive wire having a first component second positive wire resistance and a first component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one first component negative wire includes a first component first negative wire having a first component first negative wire resistance and a first component first negative wire length and a first component second negative wire having a first component second negative wire resistance and a first component second negative wire length,

the at least one second component positive wire includes a second component first positive wire having a second component first positive wire resistance and a second component first positive wire length and a second component second positive wire having a second component second positive wire resistance and a second component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one second component negative wire includes a second component first negative wire having a second component first negative wire resistance and a second component first negative wire length and a second component second negative wire having a second component second negative wire resistance and a second component second negative wire length,

the at least one third component positive wire includes a third component first positive wire having a third component first positive wire resistance and a third component first positive wire length and a third component second positive wire having a third component second positive wire resistance and a third component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one third component negative wire includes a third component first negative wire having a third component first negative wire resistance and a third component first negative wire length and a third component second negative wire having a third component second negative wire resistance and a third component second negative wire resistance,

the at least one fourth component positive wire includes a fourth component first positive wire having a fourth component first positive wire resistance and a fourth component first positive wire length and a fourth component second positive wire having a fourth component second positive wire resistance and a fourth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one fourth component negative wire includes a fourth component first negative wire having a fourth component first negative wire resistance and a fourth component first negative wire length and a fourth component second negative wire having a fourth component second negative wire resistance and a fourth component second negative wire length,

the at least one fifth component positive wire includes a fifth component first positive wire having a fifth component first positive wire resistance and a fifth component first positive wire length and a fifth component second positive wire having a fifth component second positive wire resistance and a fifth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one fifth component negative wire includes a fifth component first negative wire having a fifth component first negative wire resistance and fifth component first negative wire length and a fifth component second negative wire having a fifth component second negative wire resistance and a fifth component second negative wire length,

the at least one sixth component positive wire includes a sixth component first positive wire having a sixth component first positive wire resistance and a sixth component first positive wire length and a sixth component second positive wire having a sixth component second positive wire resistance and a sixth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one sixth component negative wire includes a sixth component first negative wire having a sixth component first negative wire resistance and a sixth component first negative wire length and a sixth component second negative wire having a sixth component second negative wire resistance and a sixth component second negative wire length,

the at least one seventh component positive wire includes a seventh component first positive wire having a seventh component first positive wire resistance and a seventh component first positive wire length and a seventh component second positive wire having a seventh component second positive wire resistance and a seventh component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one seventh component negative wire includes a seventh component first negative wire having a seventh component first negative wire resistance and a seventh component first negative wire length and a seventh component second negative wire having a seventh component second negative wire resistance and a seventh component second negative wire length,

the at least one eighth component positive wire includes an eighth component first positive wire having an eighth component first positive wire resistance and an eighth component first positive wire length and an eighth component second positive wire having an eighth component second positive wire resistance and an eighth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one eighth component negative wire includes an eighth component first negative wire having an eighth component first negative wire resistance and an eighth component first negative wire length and an eighth component second negative wire having an eighth component second negative wire resistance and an eighth component second negative wire length.

4. The wire harness of claim 3 , wherein

the first component positive wire resistance includes the first component first positive wire resistance and the first component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the first component negative wire resistance includes the first component first negative wire resistance and the first component second negative wire resistance,

the second component positive wire resistance includes the second component first positive wire resistance and the second component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the second component negative wire resistance includes the second component first negative wire resistance and the second component second negative wire resistance,

the third component positive wire resistance includes the third component first positive wire resistance and the third component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the third component negative wire resistance includes the third component first negative wire resistance and the third component second negative wire resistance,

the fourth component positive wire resistance includes the fourth component first positive wire resistance and the fourth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the fourth component negative wire resistance includes the fourth component first negative wire resistance and the fourth component second negative wire resistance,

the fifth component positive wire resistance includes the fifth component first positive wire resistance and the fifth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the fifth component negative wire resistance includes the fifth component first negative wire resistance and the fifth component second negative wire resistance,

the sixth component positive wire resistance includes the sixth component first positive wire resistance and the sixth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the sixth component negative wire resistance includes the sixth component first negative wire resistance and the sixth component second negative wire resistance,

the seventh component positive wire resistance includes the seventh component first positive wire resistance and the seventh component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the seventh component negative wire resistance includes the seventh component first negative wire resistance and the seventh component second negative wire resistance, and

the eighth component positive wire resistance includes the eighth component first positive wire resistance and the eighth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the eighth component negative wire resistance includes the eighth component first negative wire resistance and the eighth component second negative wire resistance.

5. The wire harness of claim 3 , wherein

the first component wire length includes the first component first positive wire length, the first component second positive wire length, the first component first negative wire length and the first component second negative wire length,

the second component wire length includes the second component first positive wire length, the second component second positive wire length, the second component first negative wire length and the second component second negative wire length,

the third component wire length includes the third component first positive wire length, the third component second positive wire length, the third component first negative wire length and the third component second negative wire length,

the fourth component wire length includes the fourth component first positive wire length, the fourth component second positive wire length, the fourth component first negative wire length and the fourth component second negative wire length,

the fifth component wire length includes the fifth component first positive wire length, the fifth component second positive wire length, the fifth component first negative wire length and the fifth component second negative wire length,

the sixth component wire length includes the sixth component first positive wire length, the sixth component second positive wire length, the sixth component first negative wire length and the sixth component second negative wire length,

the seventh component wire length includes the seventh component first positive wire length, the seventh component second positive wire length, the seventh component first negative wire length and the seventh component second negative wire length, and

the eighth component wire length includes the eighth component first positive wire length, the eighth component second positive wire length, the eighth component first negative wire length and the eighth component second negative wire length.

6. The wire harness of claim 5 , wherein,

at least one of the first component first positive wire length, first component second positive wire length, first component first negative wire length, first component second negative wire length, second component first positive wire length, second component second positive wire length, second component first negative wire length, second component second negative wire length, third component first positive wire length, third component second positive wire length, third component first negative wire length, third component second negative wire length, fourth component first positive wire length, fourth component second positive wire length, fourth component first negative wire length, fourth component second negative wire length, fifth component first positive wire length, fifth component second positive wire length, fifth component first negative wire length, fifth component second negative wire length, sixth component first positive wire length, sixth component second positive wire length, sixth component first negative wire length, sixth component second negative wire length, seventh component first positive wire length, seventh component second positive wire length, seventh component first negative wire length, seventh component second negative wire length, eighth component first positive wire length, eighth component second positive wire length, eighth component first negative wire length and eighth component second negative wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance, the second component loop resistance, the third component loop resistance, the fourth component loop resistance, the fifth component loop resistance, the sixth component loop resistance, the seventh component loop resistance and the eighth component loop resistance.

7. A wire harness, comprising:

a Wire Harness Connector (WHC) having a first WHC positive terminal, a first WHC negative terminal, a second WHC positive terminal and a second WHC negative terminal;

a first component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of first component wires, wherein the plurality of first component wires includes a first component wire length and a first component loop resistance; and

a fifth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of fifth component wires, wherein the plurality of fifth component wires includes a fifth component wire length and a fifth component loop resistance;

wherein at least one of the first component wire length and the fifth component wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance and the fifth component loop resistance.

8. The wire harness of claim 7 , further comprising,

a second component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of second component wires, wherein the plurality of second component wires include a second component wire length and a second component loop resistance;

a sixth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of sixth component wires, wherein the plurality of sixth component wires include a sixth component wire length and a sixth component loop resistance;

wherein at least one of the first component wire length, the second component wire length, the fifth component wire length and the sixth component wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance, second component loop resistance, fifth component loop resistance and the sixth component loop resistance.

9. The wire harness of claim 8 , further comprising,

a third component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of third component wires, wherein the plurality of third component wires include a third component wire length and a third component loop resistance;

a fourth component electrically connected to the first WHC positive terminal and the first WHC negative terminal via a plurality of fourth component wires, wherein the plurality of fourth component wires include a fourth component wire length and a fourth component loop resistance;

a seventh component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of seventh component wires, wherein the plurality of seventh component wires include a seventh component wire length and a seventh component loop resistance;

an eighth component electrically connected to the second WHC positive terminal and the second WHC negative terminal via a plurality of eighth component wires, wherein the plurality of eighth component wires include an eighth component wire length and an eighth component loop resistance;

wherein at least one of the first component wire length, the second component wire length, the third component wire length, the fourth component wire length, the fifth component wire length, the sixth component wire length, the seventh component wire length and the eighth component wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance, the second component loop resistance, the third component loop resistance, the fourth component loop resistance, the fifth component loop resistance, the sixth component loop resistance, the seventh component loop resistance and the eighth component loop resistance.

10. The wire harness of claim 9 , wherein

the first component includes a first component positive terminal and a first component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of first component wires includes at least one first component positive wire having a first component positive wire resistance and a first component positive wire length and at least one first component negative wire having a first component negative wire resistance and a first component negative wire length, wherein the first component loop resistance includes the first component positive wire resistance and the first component negative wire resistance;

the second component includes a second component positive terminal and a second component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of second component wires includes at least one second component positive wire having a second component positive wire resistance and a second component positive wire length and at least one second component negative wire having a second component negative wire resistance and a second component negative wire length, wherein the second component loop resistance includes the second component positive wire resistance and the second component negative wire resistance,

the third component includes a third component positive terminal and a third component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of third component wires includes at least one third component positive wire having a third component positive wire resistance and a third component positive wire length and at least one third component negative wire having a third component negative wire resistance and a third component negative wire length, wherein the third component loop resistance includes the third component positive wire resistance and the third component negative wire resistance,

the fourth component includes a fourth component positive terminal and a fourth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of fourth component wires includes at least one fourth component positive wire having a fourth component positive wire resistance and a fourth component positive wire length and at least one fourth component negative wire having a fourth component negative wire resistance and a fourth component negative wire length, wherein the fourth component loop resistance includes the fourth component positive wire resistance and the fourth component negative wire resistance,

the fifth component includes a fifth component positive terminal and a fifth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of fifth component wires includes at least one fifth component positive wire having a fifth component positive wire resistance and a fifth component positive wire length and at least one fifth component negative wire having a fifth component negative wire resistance and a fifth component negative wire length, wherein the fifth component loop resistance includes the fifth component positive wire resistance and the fifth component negative wire resistance,

the sixth component includes a sixth component positive terminal and a sixth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of sixth component wires includes at least one sixth component positive wire having a sixth component positive wire resistance and a sixth component positive wire length and at least one sixth component negative wire having a sixth component negative wire resistance and a sixth component negative wire length, wherein the sixth component loop resistance includes the sixth component positive wire resistance and the sixth component negative wire resistance,

the seventh component includes a seventh component positive terminal and a seventh component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of seventh component wires includes at least one seventh component positive wire having a seventh component positive wire resistance and a seventh component positive wire length and at least one seventh component negative wire having a seventh component negative wire resistance and a seventh component negative wire length, wherein the seventh component loop resistance includes the seventh component positive wire resistance and the seventh component negative wire resistance, and

the eighth component includes an eighth component positive terminal and an eighth component negative terminal and wherein the plurality of eighth component wires includes at least one eighth component positive wire having an eighth component positive wire resistance and an eighth component positive wire length and at least one eighth component negative wire having an eighth component negative wire resistance and an eighth component negative wire length, wherein the eighth component loop resistance includes the eighth component positive wire resistance and the eighth component negative wire resistance.

11. The wire harness of claim 10 , wherein

the at least one first component positive wire includes a first component first positive wire having a first component first positive wire resistance and a first component first positive wire length and a first component second positive wire having a first component second positive wire resistance and a first component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one first component negative wire includes a first component first negative wire having a first component first negative wire resistance and a first component first negative wire length and a first component second negative wire having a first component second negative wire resistance and a first component second negative wire length,

the at least one second component positive wire includes a second component first positive wire having a second component first positive wire resistance and a second component first positive wire length and a second component second positive wire having a second component second positive wire resistance and a second component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one second component negative wire includes a second component first negative wire having a second component first negative wire resistance and a second component first negative wire length and a second component second negative wire having a second component second negative wire resistance and a second component second negative wire length,

the at least one third component positive wire includes a third component first positive wire having a third component first positive wire resistance and a third component first positive wire length and a third component second positive wire having a third component second positive wire resistance and a third component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one third component negative wire includes a third component first negative wire having a third component first negative wire resistance and a third component first negative wire length and a third component second negative wire having a third component second negative wire resistance and a third component second negative wire resistance,

the at least one fourth component positive wire includes a fourth component first positive wire having a fourth component first positive wire resistance and a fourth component first positive wire length and a fourth component second positive wire having a fourth component second positive wire resistance and a fourth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one fourth component negative wire includes a fourth component first negative wire having a fourth component first negative wire resistance and a fourth component first negative wire length and a fourth component second negative wire having a fourth component second negative wire resistance and a fourth component second negative wire length,

the at least one fifth component positive wire includes a fifth component first positive wire having a fifth component first positive wire resistance and a fifth component first positive wire length and a fifth component second positive wire having a fifth component second positive wire resistance and a fifth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one fifth component negative wire includes a fifth component first negative wire having a fifth component first negative wire resistance and fifth component first negative wire length and a fifth component second negative wire having a fifth component second negative wire resistance and a fifth component second negative wire length,

the at least one sixth component positive wire includes a sixth component first positive wire having a sixth component first positive wire resistance and a sixth component first positive wire length and a sixth component second positive wire having a sixth component second positive wire resistance and a sixth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one sixth component negative wire includes a sixth component first negative wire having a sixth component first negative wire resistance and a sixth component first negative wire length and a sixth component second negative wire having a sixth component second negative wire resistance and a sixth component second negative wire length,

the at least one seventh component positive wire includes a seventh component first positive wire having a seventh component first positive wire resistance and a seventh component first positive wire length and a seventh component second positive wire having a seventh component second positive wire resistance and a seventh component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one seventh component negative wire includes a seventh component first negative wire having a seventh component first negative wire resistance and a seventh component first negative wire length and a seventh component second negative wire having a seventh component second negative wire resistance and a seventh component second negative wire length,

the at least one eighth component positive wire includes an eighth component first positive wire having an eighth component first positive wire resistance and an eighth component first positive wire length and an eighth component second positive wire having an eighth component second positive wire resistance and an eighth component second positive wire length and wherein the at least one eighth component negative wire includes an eighth component first negative wire having an eighth component first negative wire resistance and an eighth component first negative wire length and an eighth component second negative wire having an eighth component second negative wire resistance and an eighth component second negative wire length.

12. The wire harness of claim 11 , wherein

the first component positive wire resistance includes the first component first positive wire resistance and the first component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the first component negative wire resistance includes the first component first negative wire resistance and the first component second negative wire resistance,

the second component positive wire resistance includes the second component first positive wire resistance and the second component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the second component negative wire resistance includes the second component first negative wire resistance and the second component second negative wire resistance,

the third component positive wire resistance includes the third component first positive wire resistance and the third component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the third component negative wire resistance includes the third component first negative wire resistance and the third component second negative wire resistance,

the fourth component positive wire resistance includes the fourth component first positive wire resistance and the fourth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the fourth component negative wire resistance includes the fourth component first negative wire resistance and the fourth component second negative wire resistance,

the fifth component positive wire resistance includes the fifth component first positive wire resistance and the fifth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the fifth component negative wire resistance includes the fifth component first negative wire resistance and the fifth component second negative wire resistance,

the sixth component positive wire resistance includes the sixth component first positive wire resistance and the sixth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the sixth component negative wire resistance includes the sixth component first negative wire resistance and the sixth component second negative wire resistance,

the seventh component positive wire resistance includes the seventh component first positive wire resistance and the seventh component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the seventh component negative wire resistance includes the seventh component first negative wire resistance and the seventh component second negative wire resistance, and

the eighth component positive wire resistance includes the eighth component first positive wire resistance and the eighth component second positive wire resistance, and wherein the eighth component negative wire resistance includes the eighth component first negative wire resistance and the eighth component second negative wire resistance.

13. The wire harness of claim 11 , wherein

the first component wire length includes the first component first positive wire length, the first component second positive wire length, the first component first negative wire length and the first component second negative wire length,

the second component wire length includes the second component first positive wire length, the second component second positive wire length, the second component first negative wire length and the second component second negative wire length,

the third component wire length includes the third component first positive wire length, the third component second positive wire length, the third component first negative wire length and the third component second negative wire length,

the fourth component wire length includes the fourth component first positive wire length, the fourth component second positive wire length, the fourth component first negative wire length and the fourth component second negative wire length,

the fifth component wire length includes the fifth component first positive wire length, the fifth component second positive wire length, the fifth component first negative wire length and the fifth component second negative wire length,

the sixth component wire length includes the sixth component first positive wire length, the sixth component second positive wire length, the sixth component first negative wire length and the sixth component second negative wire length,

the seventh component wire length includes the seventh component first positive wire length, the seventh component second positive wire length, the seventh component first negative wire length and the seventh component second negative wire length,

the eighth component wire length includes the eighth component first positive wire length, the eighth component second positive wire length, the eighth component first negative wire length and the eighth component second negative wire length.

14. The wire harness of claim 13 , wherein,

at least one of the first component first positive wire length, first component second positive wire length, first component first negative wire length, first component second negative wire length, second component first positive wire length, second component second positive wire length, second component first negative wire length, second component second negative wire length, third component first positive wire length, third component second positive wire length, third component first negative wire length, third component second negative wire length, fourth component first positive wire length, fourth component second positive wire length, fourth component first negative wire length, fourth component second negative wire length, fifth component first positive wire length, fifth component second positive wire length, fifth component first negative wire length, fifth component second negative wire length, sixth component first positive wire length, sixth component second positive wire length, sixth component first negative wire length, sixth component second negative wire length, seventh component first positive wire length, seventh component second positive wire length, seventh component first negative wire length, seventh component second negative wire length, eighth component first positive wire length, eighth component second positive wire length, eighth component first negative wire length and eighth component second negative wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance, the second component loop resistance, the third component loop resistance, the fourth component loop resistance, the fifth component loop resistance, the sixth component loop resistance, the seventh component loop resistance and the eighth component loop resistance.

15. The wire harness of claim 9 , wherein at least one of the first component, the second component, the third component, the fourth component, the fifth component, the sixth component, the seventh component and the eighth component is a thermocouple.

16. A wire harness, comprising:

at least one first component positive wire, wherein the at least one first component positive wire is configured to electrically connect to a Wire Harness Connector (WHC) positive terminal, wherein the at least one first component positive wire includes a first component positive wire length and a first component positive wire resistance,

at least one first component negative wire, wherein the at least one first component negative wire is configured to electrically connect to a WHC negative terminal, wherein the at least one first component negative wire includes a first component negative wire length and a first component negative wire resistance,

at least one second component positive wire, wherein the at least one second component positive wire is configured to electrically connect to the WHC positive terminal, wherein the at least one second component positive wire includes a second component positive wire length and a second component positive wire resistance,

at least one second component negative wire, wherein the at least one second component negative wire is configured to electrically connect to the WHC negative terminal, wherein the at least one second component negative wire includes a second component negative wire length and a second component negative wire resistance,

a first component loop resistance and a second component loop resistance, wherein the first component loop resistance includes the first component positive wire resistance and the first component negative wire resistance, and wherein the second component loop resistance includes the second component positive wire resistance and the second component negative wire resistance, and

wherein at least one of the first component positive wire length, the first component negative wire length, the second component positive wire length and the second component negative wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance and the second component loop resistance such that the first component loop resistance and the second component loop resistance are balanced.

17. The wire harness of claim 16 ,

wherein, the at least one first component positive wire includes a first component first positive wire having a first component first positive wire resistance and a first component first positive wire length and a first component second positive wire having a first component second positive wire resistance and a first component second positive wire length, and wherein the at least one first component negative wire includes a first component first negative wire having a first component first negative wire resistance and a first component first negative wire length and a first component second negative wire having a first component second negative wire resistance and a first component second negative wire length, and

wherein, the at least one second component positive wire includes a second component first positive wire having a second component first positive wire resistance and a second component first positive wire length, and a second component second positive wire having a second component second positive wire resistance and a second component second positive wire length, and wherein the at least one second component negative wire includes a second component first negative wire having a second component first negative wire resistance and a second component first negative wire length and a second component second negative wire having a second component second negative wire resistance and a second component second negative wire length.

18. The wire harness of claim 17 , wherein

the first component positive wire length includes the first component first positive wire length and the first component second positive wire length and, wherein the first component negative wire length includes the first component first negative wire length and the first component second negative wire length,

the second component positive wire length includes the second component first positive wire length and the second component second positive wire length and, wherein the second component negative wire length include the second component first negative wire length and the second component second negative wire length, and

wherein at least one of the first component first positive wire length, first component second positive wire length, first component first negative wire length, first component second negative wire length, second component first positive wire length, second component second positive wire length, second component first negative wire length and second component second negative wire length are configured responsive to at least one of the first component loop resistance and the second component loop resistance.

19. The wire harness of claim 16 , wherein the first component loop resistance and the second component loop resistance are balanced when the first component loop resistance and the second component loop resistance are substantially equal.

20. The wire harness of claim 16 , wherein at least one of the first component and the second component is a thermocouple.
