Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes a memory; and a processor configured to, in a case where information on surroundings is acquired and transmitted to a terminal apparatus of a user at a remote place, perform control for disabling at least part of a function of transmitting information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where a current time is not included in a time window for which the user is scheduled to converse with another user in schedule of the user.

Claims (48)

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

a memory; and

a processor configured to;

acquire information on surroundings of the information processing apparatus;

transmit the acquired information to a terminal apparatus of a user who is at a remote place from the information processing apparatus;

determine whether a current time is included in a time window for which the user is scheduled to converse with another user in schedule of the user; and

upon determining that the current time is not included in the time window, perform control for disabling at least part of a function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user who is at the remote place.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor is configured to

upon determining that the current time is included in the time window, enable the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein

the processor is configured to, in a case where no user is detected around the information processing apparatus by a human detector, perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user even in a case where the current time is included in the time window for which the user is scheduled to converse with another user in the schedule of the user.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where a position of the terminal apparatus of the user is not within a preset range.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where a position of the terminal apparatus of the user is not within a preset range.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where a position of the terminal apparatus of the user is not within a preset range.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

10. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

11. The information processing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

12. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no user is detected around the terminal apparatus of the user.

13. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

14. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

15. The information processing apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

16. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

17. The information processing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

18. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein

the processor is configured to perform control for disabling at least part of the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user in a case where no device is connected to an external sound output terminal of the terminal apparatus of the user.

19. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user is at least one of a function of transmitting image information taken by a camera of the information processing apparatus and a function of transmitting surrounding sound information acquired by a microphone of the information processing apparatus.

20. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for information processing, the process comprising:

acquiring information on surroundings of the information processing apparatus;

transmitting the acquired information to a terminal apparatus of a user who is at a remote place from the information processing apparatus;

determining whether a current time is included in a time window for which the user is scheduled to converse with another user in schedule of the user; and

upon determining that the current time is not included in the time window, performing control for disabling at least part of a function of transmitting the acquired information to the terminal apparatus of the user who is at the remote place.
