Abstract

One example method of operation may include identifying an emergency location based on a received emergency communication, determining enhanced information is available in a memory for the emergency location, retrieving the enhanced information, and forwarding the enhanced information to one or more emergency service entities and one or more registered devices located at the emergency location.

Claims (33)

1. A method comprising

identifying an emergency location based on a received emergency communication from a network;

retrieving enhanced information in a memory for the emergency location; and

forwarding the enhanced information to one or more emergency service entities and one or more registered devices located at the emergency location;

wherein updated information from one or more of the one or more registered devices and one or more sensor devices located at the emergency location are periodically received located at the emergency location, wherein the updated information comprises one or more of textual information and sensor data.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the enhanced information comprises a floor plan, a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location and sensor data received from the emergency location.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the sensor data comprises one or more of an unknown device, an unknown facial recognition instance, an unknown voice recognition instance, an identified emergency sound, an identified emergency temperature, and an identified emergency air quality disturbance.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein identifying the emergency location comprises identifying a sub-sectional area of the emergency location as an emergency point of interest based on the enhanced information.

5. The method of claim 4 , comprising

forwarding a notification to one or more of the emergency service entities and the one or more registered devices located at the emergency location, wherein the notification comprises instructions on managing the sub-sectional area depending on a type of emergency detected from the enhanced information.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the emergency communication is a 911 telephone call and an emergency message sent from an application of a registered device.

7. An apparatus comprising

a processor configured to

identify an emergency location based on a received emergency communication;

retrieving enhanced information in a memory for the emergency location; and

forward the enhanced information to one or more emergency service entities and one or more registered devices located at the emergency location;

wherein the processor is configured to periodically receive updated information from one or more of the one or more registered devices and one or more sensor devices located at the emergency location, wherein the updated information comprises one or more of textual information and sensor data.

8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the enhanced information comprises a floor plan, a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location and sensor data received from the emergency location.

9. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the sensor data comprises one or more of an unknown device, an unknown facial recognition instance, an unknown voice recognition instance, an identified emergency sound, an identified emergency temperature, and an identified emergency air quality disturbance.

10. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the processor identifies the emergency location by being configured to identify a sub-sectional area of the emergency location as an emergency point of interest based on the enhanced information.

11. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the processor is further configured to

forward a notification to one or more of the emergency service entities and the one or more registered devices located at the emergency location, wherein the notification comprises instructions on managing the sub-sectional area depending on a type of emergency detected from the enhanced information.

12. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the emergency communication is a 911 telephone call and an emergency message sent from an application of a registered device.

13. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium configured to store instructions that when executed cause a processor to perform:

identifying an emergency location based on a received emergency communication;

retrieving enhanced information in a memory for the emergency location; and

forwarding the enhanced information to one or more emergency service entities and one or more registered devices located at the emergency location;

wherein updated information from one or more of the one or more registered devices and one or more sensor devices are periodically received located at the emergency location, wherein the updated information comprises one or more of textual information and sensor data.

14. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein the enhanced information comprises a floor plan, a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location and sensor data received from the emergency location.

15. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein the sensor data comprises one or more of an unknown device, an unknown facial recognition instance, an unknown voice recognition instance, an identified emergency sound, an identified emergency temperature, and an identified emergency air quality disturbance.

16. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 13 , wherein identifying the emergency location comprises identifying a sub-sectional area of the emergency location as an emergency point of interest based on the enhanced information.

17. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 16 , wherein the processor is further configured to perform:

forwarding a notification to one or more of the emergency service entities and the one or more registered devices located at the emergency location, wherein the notification comprises instructions on managing the sub-sectional area depending on a type of emergency detected from the enhanced information.
