Abstract

A system for managing an electronic loan application can include: a loan information pane listing financial information associated with a loan transaction, the financial information including details of the loan transaction and an indicator of a status of an attribute of the loan transaction; an action pane listing upcoming actions associated with the loan transaction; and an assets pane listing assets associated with the loan transaction, the assets pane including: a list with each of the assets, including identification of each of the assets; and a statement pane for a selected asset of the assets, the statement pane listing items associated with a statement for the selected asset, with each of the items including a status indicator and a highlighted excerpt from the statement.

Claims (42)

1. A system for managing an electronic loan application, comprising:

one or more processors; and

non-transitory computer-readable storage encoding instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate a user interface including:

a loan information pane listing financial information associated with a loan transaction, the financial information including details of the loan transaction and an indicator of a status of an attribute of the loan transaction;

an action pane listing upcoming actions associated with the loan transaction; and

an assets pane listing assets associated with the loan transaction, the assets pane including:

a list with each of the assets, including identification of each of the assets; and

a statement pane for a selected asset of the assets, the statement pane listing items associated with a statement for the selected asset, with each of the items including a status indicator and a highlighted excerpt from the statement.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein an action of the upcoming actions includes a description of the action, a due date for the action, and a control for initiating the action.

3. The system of claim 1 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including an evaluations pane, the evaluations pane listing evaluations of items associated with the loan transaction, the evaluations each including an evaluation description, a reason for failure, and a control for viewing additional information.

4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including an activity pane, the activity pane listing a plurality of activities associated with the loan transaction in a chronological order, with each of the plurality of activities including an activity description, a date, and a control for viewing additional information.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the status indicator for each of the items of the statement for the selected asset includes a color coded to indicate a positive or negative result.

6. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a control linking each of the items to the statement.

7. The system of claim 1 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a graphical element coded to indicate an inquiry status of an inquiry related to the loan transaction.

8. A system for managing an electronic loan application, comprising:

one or more processors; and

non-transitory computer-readable storage encoding instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate a user interface including:

an exceptions pane, the exceptions pane listing items associated with a statement for a loan transaction that have failed evaluation, with each item including data from the statement, a description of an exception associated with the item, and a control actuable to indicate a validity of the item; and

a statement pane, the statement pane including a representation of the statement for the loan transaction, with the statement including coded indicators correlating sections of the statement with the items in the exceptions pane.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein each of the coded indicators is a numeral positioned on the statement where data associated with a corresponding item in the exceptions pane.

10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the control includes a valid button and an invalid button indicating the validity of the item upon receipt of selection of one of the valid button and the invalid button.

11. The system of claim 8 , wherein the control includes a valid button and an invalid button indicating the validity of the item upon receipt of selection of one of the valid button and the invalid button.

12. The system of claim 8 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a passed interface listing further items associated with the statement for the loan transaction that have passed evaluation.

13. The system of claim 8 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a capture interface listing all of the items and associated values captured from the statement.

14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the capture interface includes controls to allow for manipulation of the associated values.

15. A system for managing an electronic loan application, comprising:

one or more processors; and

non-transitory computer-readable storage encoding instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate a user interface including:

a status interface including:

a loan information pane listing financial information associated with a loan transaction, the financial information including details of the loan transaction and an indicator of a status of an attribute of the loan transaction;

an action pane listing upcoming actions associated with the loan transaction; and

an assets pane listing assets associated with the loan transaction, the assets pane including:

a list with each of the assets, including identification of each of the assets; and

a first statement pane for a selected asset of the assets, the first statement pane listing items associated with a statement for the selected asset, with each of the items including a status indicator and a highlighted excerpt from the statement; and

an evaluations interface including:

an exceptions pane, the exceptions pane listing items associated with the statement for the loan transaction that have failed evaluation, with each item including data from the statement, a description of an exception associated with the item, and a control actuable to indicate a validity of the item; and

a second statement pane, the second statement pane including a representation of the statement for the loan transaction, with the statement including coded indicators correlating sections of the statement with the items in the exceptions pane.

16. The system of claim 15 , wherein an action of the upcoming actions includes a description of the action, a due date for the action, and a control for initiating the action.

17. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including an evaluations pane, the evaluations pane listing evaluations of items associated with the loan transaction, the evaluations each including an evaluation description, a reason for failure, and a control for viewing additional information.

18. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including an activity pane, the activity pane listing a plurality of activities associated with the loan transaction in a chronological order, with each of the plurality of activities including an activity description, a date, and a control for viewing additional information.

19. The system of claim 15 , wherein the control includes a valid button and an invalid button indicating the validity of the item upon receipt of selection of one of the valid button and the invalid button.

20. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a capture interface listing all of the items and associated values captured from the statement.
