A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongiwirowhi 20’characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; semi-double flowers that are white in color; and good garden performance.
