Abstract

A detection system including a control device detecting fraud performed in a game table by using a result of an image analysis performed by an image analyzing device is included. A substitute currency for gaming used for this detection system has a multi-layer structure in which a plurality of plastic layers having different colors are stacked, a coloring layer is included at least in the middle, and white layers or thin-color layers (may be layers having a color thinner than that of the coloring layer; not illustrated in the drawing) are stacked on both sides of the coloring layer disposed in the middle.

Claims (29)

1. A management system for managing chips having RFID stored information to identify of at least an amount of the chip, the management system comprising:

a chip tray comprising:

a temporary storage section at least used to store betting chips collected from players who have lost a game;

a storage section used to store chips to be redeemed; and

a lower storage section used to store chips to be replenished in the storage section when there are insufficient chips in the storage section and chips to be moved from the storage section when there are excessive chips in the storage section;

first RFID reader configured to read at least the information of the amount on the RFIDs of the chips in the temporary storage section during a game;

a second RFID reader configured to read at least information of the amount on the RFIDs of the chips in the storage section and the lower storage section;

a controller configured to determine amounts and number of the chips and/or a total amount of the chips in the temporary storage section based on the reading results of the first RFID reader, and determine amounts and number of the chips and/or the total amount of the chips in the storage section and the lower storage section based on the reading results of the second RFID reader; and

a display device that performs display in accordance to a result of the determination based on the reading results of the first RFID reader and/or a result of the determination based on the reading results of the second RFID reader.

2. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein:

each RFID the RFIDs stores identification information, and

the controller further configured to determine a fraud of a chip in the temporary storage section, the storage section, and/or the lower storage section based on the identification information read by at least the first RFID reader and/or the second RFID reader.

3. The management system according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a camera that captures an image the chips in the temporary storage section, the storage section, and/or the lower storage section to generate image data; and

an image analysis device configured to identify the number of the chips stored in the temporary storage section by analyzing the image data,

wherein the controller determines a fraud of the chips by comparing the number of the chips whose RFIDs are read by the first RFID reader and/or the second RFID reader with the number of the chips identified by the image analysis device.

4. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein at least the information of the amount appears on a side face of the chips, the management system further comprising:

a camera that captures an image the side face of the chips in the temporary storage section, the storage section, and/or the lower storage section to generate image data; and

an image analysis device configured to identify the amount of the chips stored in the temporary storage section by analyzing the image data,

wherein the controller determines a fraud of the chips by comparing the amount of the chips whose RFIDs are read by the first RFID reader and/or the second RFID reader with the amount of the chips identified by the image analysis device.

5. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein:

each RFID the RFIDs stores identification information,

at least the identification information appeared on a side face of a chip,

the first RFID reader reads the identification information from the RFIDs,

an image analysis device identifies the identification information on the side face by analyzing image data, and

the controller determines a fraud of the chip by inspecting association between the identification information read from the RFID by the first RFID reader and/or the second RFID reader and the identification information identified by the image analysis device.

6. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein the second RFID reader comprises a reader that reads at least the information of the amount on the RFIDs of the chips in the storage section and a reader that reads at least the information of the amount of the RFIDs of the chips in the lower storage section.

7. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein the second RFID reader reads the RFIDs for each game in response to information from a game judging device that judges game results.

8. The management system according to claim 1 , wherein the chips stored in the temporary storage section are subsequently transferred to the storage section.
