Abstract

A system and method are disclosed to generate, transmit, and update communications with end user systems. Embodiments comprise an automation platform comprising a processor and memory. Embodiments generate a communication based, at least in part, on input from a rules engine and one or more communication templates. Embodiments modify the content of the generated communication, and transmit, using one or more communication channels, the modified communication to one or more end user systems. Embodiments monitor the one or more end user systems for a response communication to the transmitted communication. In response to the one or more end user systems transmitting one or more response communications using at least one of the one or more communication channels, embodiments generate and transmit an updated communication to the one or more end user systems.

Claims (81)

1. A system comprising an automation platform associated with an entity and one or more end user systems, the automation platform comprising a processor and memory and configured to:

generate a branded communication based, at least in part, on input from a rules engine and one or more communication templates, wherein the one or more communication templates include branding data comprising colors, fonts and intellectual property that customize the one or more templates for a specific entity;

modify content of the generated communication, generating a modified communication;

transmit, using one or more communication channels, the modified communication to the one or more end user systems;

monitor the one or more end user systems for a response communication to the transmitted communication;

identify one or more commonalities in the monitored communications;

collect communications data, based on the monitored communications, comprising a customer service representative skill score associated with at least one of a plurality of topics;

display a task automation prompt in response to the identifying of the one or more commonalities;

create a new communication template in response to receiving a selection to the task automation prompt; and

generate a workflow pipeline visualization illustrating one or more modified communications, response communications, and updated communications transmitted between the automation platform and the one or more end user systems, wherein the workflow pipeline visualization is organized in columns according to a phase of the pipeline, and wherein the workflow pipeline visualization further illustrates on a single display one or more communications scheduled to be initiated, one or more communications currently undergoing one or more rounds of modification and review, and one or more communications that have been transmitted to the one or more end user systems;

revise the one or more communication templates to include one or more modifications made to the content of a generated communication; and

display the workflow pipeline visualization on an output device.

2. The system of claim 1 , further comprising the automation platform:

assigning one or more sentiment scores assessing a degree of positive or negative emotional content to the one or more response communications transmitted by the one or more end user systems; and

modifying an updated communication based on the one or more assigned sentiment scores.

3. The system of claim 1 , further comprising the automation platform:

generating a survey comprising one or more survey communications; and

transmitting the one or more survey communications to the one or more end user systems using the one or more communication channels.

4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising the automation platform:

generating a communication campaign comprising one or more interrelated communications; and

transmitting the one or more interrelated communications to the one or more end user systems using the one or more communication channels.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the one or more communication channels comprises a communication channel selected from a group consisting of:

a voice channel;

a video channel;

an email channel;

a text channel; and

a chat channel.

6. A computer-implemented method, comprising:

generating, with an automation platform comprising a processor and memory, wherein the automation platform is associated with an entity, a branded communication based, at least in part, on input from a rules engine and one or more communication templates, wherein the one or more communication templates include branding data comprising colors, fonts and intellectual property that customize the one or more templates for a specific entity;

modifying content of the generated communication, generating a modified communication;

transmitting, using one or more communication channels, the modified communication to one or more end user systems;

monitoring the one or more end user systems for a response communication to the transmitted communication;

identifying one or more commonalities in the monitored communications;

collecting communications data, based on the monitored communications, comprising a customer service representative skill score associated with at least one of a plurality of topics;

displaying a task automation prompt in response to the identifying of the one or more commonalities;

creating a new communication template in response to receiving a selection to the task automation prompt; and

generating a workflow pipeline visualization illustrating one or more modified communications, response communications, and updated communications transmitted between the automation platform and the one or more end user systems, wherein the workflow pipeline visualization is organized in columns according to a phase of the pipeline, and wherein the workflow pipeline visualization further illustrates on a single display one or more communications scheduled to be initiated, one or more communications currently undergoing one or more rounds of modification and review, and one or more communications that have been transmitted to the one or more end user systems;

revising the one or more communication templates to include one or more modifications made to the content of a generated communication; and

displaying the workflow pipeline visualization on an output device.

7. The computer-implemented method of claim 6 , further comprising:

assigning one or more sentiment scores assessing a degree of positive or negative emotional content to the one or more response communications transmitted by the one or more end user systems; and

modifying an updated communication based on the one or more assigned sentiment scores, wherein the one or more assigned sentiment scores comprise one or more sentiment scores selected from a group consisting of:

a numerical sentiment score;

a word sentiment score;

a color-based sentiment score;

a shape-based sentiment score;

an image-based sentiment score; and

an emoji-based sentiment score.

8. The computer-implemented method of claim 6 , further comprising:

generating a survey comprising one or more survey communications; and

transmitting the one or more survey communications to the one or more end user systems using the one or more communication channels.

9. The computer-implemented method of claim 6 , further comprising:

generating a communication campaign comprising one or more interrelated communications; and

transmitting the one or more interrelated communications to the one or more end user systems using the one or more communication channels.

10. The computer-implemented method of claim 6 , wherein at least one of the one or more communication channels comprises a communication channel selected from a group consisting of:

a voice channel;

a video channel;

an email channel;

a text channel; and

a chat channel.
