Claims (31)

1. An implantable prosthesis comprising:

a three-dimensional, tissue infiltratable body of biocompatible material including a proximal end, a distal end spaced from the proximal end, a core extending along a core axis from the proximal end to the distal end, and a plurality of chambers arranged around the core axis and extending in an outward radial direction away from the core axis, wherein each of the plurality of chambers extends along a corresponding chamber axis which is transverse to the longitudinal axis; and

a plurality of supports arranged on the body around the core axis, the plurality of supports configured to stabilize the body, each of the plurality of supports extending in an outward radial direction away from the core axis.

2. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of supports is associated with a different one of the plurality of chambers.

3. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of supports is located at the proximal end of the body.

4. An implantable prosthesis comprising:

a three-dimensional, tissue infiltratable body of biocompatible material including a proximal end, a distal end spaced from the proximal end, a core extending along a core axis from the proximal end to the distal end, and a plurality of chambers arranged around the core axis and extending in an outward radial direction away from the core axis; and

a plurality of supports arranged on the body around the core axis, the plurality of supports configured to stabilize the body, each of the plurality of supports extending in an outward radial direction away from the core axis, wherein each of the plurality of supports has an L-shape with a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being located at the proximal end of the body and extending in an outward radial direction away from the core axis, the second portion being located adjacent the core and extending in an axial direction along the core axis.

5. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein the core is hollow.

6. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 5 , wherein the core is open at each of the proximal end and the distal end.

7. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein each chamber is connected to one or more adjacent chamber.

8. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of chambers are non-rigid.

9. The implantable prosthesis according to claim 1 , wherein each chamber axis extends in a different radial direction relative to each other.
