A new and distinct cultivar of Petunia plant named ‘Dopetsuryesto’, characterized by its relatively compact, upright and mounding to hanging plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large bright yellow-colored flowers with darker yellow-colored throats; and good garden performance.
