Systems and methods for signaling parameters in video coding
View Patent ↗A method of signaling tile set parameters is disclosed. A value for a syntax element is signaled in a network abstraction layer (NAL) unit. The value for the syntax element indicates that a tile set layer syntax structure is included in the NAL unit. Values for one or more tile set parameters included in the tile set layer syntax structure are signaled.
