Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a digital experience system that non-intrusively obtains valuable user feedback by strategically prompting users for feedback during a user's journey of a digital content experience. For example, in one or more embodiments, the digital experience system detects when various discrete touchpoints are triggered throughout a user's journey. In response to detection a triggered touchpoint, the digital experience system can provide the user with a prompt from a template of prompts. In this manner, the digital experience system can receive valuable and meaningful feedback from users without disrupting the user's digital content experience. Indeed, the digital experience system enhances the content experience for the user by providing prompts to the user throughout the user's journey of the content experience.

Claims (50)

1. A computer-implemented method comprising:

receiving, from an administrator client device, a sequence of touchpoints for a content experience to be provided to a plurality of user devices;

receiving, from the administrator client device, a prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints;

associating, by at least one processor, the prompt to the sequence of touchpoints;

providing, to the plurality of user devices, the prompt corresponding to the sequence of touchpoints based on determining that indications of user interactions from each of the plurality of user devices align with the sequence of touchpoints;

receiving responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices;

determining that a first response from a first user device from the plurality of user devices and a second response from a second user device from the plurality of user devices are related;

generating a customer service ticket based the first response and the second response being related;

receiving an indication that a content provider agent performed an action based on the customer service ticket; and

providing, to the first user device and the second user device and based on receiving the indication that the content provider agent performed the action, a notification of performance of the action based on the customer service ticket.

2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving, from the administrator client device, a specific order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving, from the administrator client device, a relaxed order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the sequence of touchpoints comprises a plurality of links associated with a plurality of elements within the content experience.

5. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising modifying the content experience based on the responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices.

6. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the content experience comprises a website or a mobile application.

7. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein receiving the prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints comprises receiving a selection indication of the prompt from a template of prompts.

8. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause a computing device to:

receive, from an administrator client device, a sequence of touchpoints for a content experience to be provided to a plurality of user devices;

receive, from the administrator client device, a prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints;

associate, by at least one processor, the prompt to the sequence of touchpoints;

provide, to the plurality of user devices, the prompt corresponding to the sequence of touchpoints based on determining that indications of user interactions from each of the plurality of user devices align with the sequence of touchpoints;

receive responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices;

determine that a first response from a first user device from the plurality of user devices and a second response from a second user device from the plurality of user devices are related;

generate a customer service ticket based the first response and the second response being related;

receive an indication that a content provider agent performed an action based on the customer service ticket; and

provide, to the first user device and the second user device and based on receiving the indication that the content provider agent performed the action, a notification of performance of the action based on the customer service ticket.

9. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing device to receive, from the administrator client device, a specific order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

10. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing device to receive, from the administrator client device, a relaxed order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

11. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the sequence of touchpoints comprises a plurality of links associated with a plurality of elements within the content experience.

12. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing device to provide instructions to modify the content experience based on the responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices.

13. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the content experience comprises a website or a mobile application.

14. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing device to receive the prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints by receiving a selection indication of the prompt from a template of prompts.

15. A system, comprising:

at least one processor; and

a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to:

receive, from an administrator client device, a sequence of touchpoints for a content experience to be provided to a plurality of user devices;

receive, from the administrator client device, a prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints;

associate, by at least one processor, the prompt to the sequence of touchpoints;

provide, to the plurality of user devices, the prompt corresponding to the sequence of touchpoints based on determining that indications of user interactions from each of the plurality of user devices align with the sequence of touchpoints;

receive responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices;

determine that a first response from a first user device from the plurality of user devices and a second response from a second user device from the plurality of user devices are related;

generate a customer service ticket based the first response and the second response being related;

receive an indication that a content provider agent performed an action based on the customer service ticket; and

provide, to the first user device and the second user device and based on receiving the indication that the content provider agent performed the action, a notification of performance of the action based on the customer service ticket.

16. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to receive, from the administrator client device, a specific order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

17. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to receive, from the administrator client device, a relaxed order definition for the sequence of touchpoints.

18. The system of claim 15 , wherein the sequence of touchpoints comprises a plurality of links associated with a plurality of elements within the content experience.

19. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to

provide instructions to modify the content experience based on the responses to the prompt from the plurality of user devices.

20. The system of claim 15 , further comprising instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to receive the prompt to associate with the sequence of touchpoints by receiving a selection indication of the prompt from a template of prompts.
