A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘BKPBEWFBC’, characterized by its compact, uniform, upright to outwardly spreading and semi-trailing plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and single-type female and male flowers that are pinkish red and white bi-colored.
