SYSTEM, METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR THE DIRECTING AND DISTRIBUTING OF MEDIA CONTENT

1 . A method, comprising:

selecting media content to be streamed;

selecting a distribution channel to direct the streaming of the media content; and

distributing the media content to the distribution channel.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the media content includes one or more video files.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the distribution channel includes one or more devices connected via the cloud.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the distribution channel includes a network used to display the media content.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the distribution channel includes a network system used to stream the media content.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the media content is stored in the cloud.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the media content is distributed via the distribution channel to one or more mobile devices for display.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein metadata is associated with the media content.

9 . A computer program product embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium, comprising:

code configured to select media content to be streamed;

code configured to select a distribution channel to direct the streaming of the media content; and

code configured to distribute the media content to the distribution channel.

10 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the media content includes one or more video files.

11 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the distribution channel includes one or more devices connected via the cloud.

12 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the distribution channel includes a network used to display the media content.

13 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the distribution channel includes a network system used to stream the media content.

14 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the media content is stored in the cloud.

15 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the media content is distributed via the distribution channel to one or more mobile devices for display.

16 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein metadata is associated with the media content.

17 . A system comprising:

a memory system; and

one or more processors coupled to the memory system and that are each configured to:

select media content to be streamed;

select a distribution channel to direct the streaming of the media content; and

distribute the media content to the distribution channel.

18 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the media content includes one or more video files.

19 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the distribution channel includes one or more devices connected via the cloud.

20 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the distribution channel includes a network used to display the media content.
