Abstract

System for generating a body degradation reduction program including a computing device configured to receive at least a degradation marker, retrieve a body degradation profile as a function of the at least a degradation marker, assign the body degradation profile to a degradation category, identify, using the degradation category and the body degradation profile, a plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements includes calculating a plurality of lifestyle element amounts as a function of a respective effect of each of a plurality of lifestyle elements on the body degradation profile as a function of the degradation category, identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements as a function of the plurality of lifestyle element amounts, and generate a body degradation reduction program, using the plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a frequency and a magnitude of engagement of the plurality of lifestyle elements.

Claims (43)

1. A system for generating a body degradation reduction program, the system comprising:

a computing device, wherein the computing device is configured to:

receive at least a degradation marker related to a user;

retrieve a body degradation profile as a function of the at least a degradation marker;

assign the body degradation profile to a degradation category;

identify, using the degradation category and the body degradation profile, a plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements includes:

calculating a plurality of lifestyle element amounts as a function of a respective effect of each of a plurality of lifestyle element amounts on the body degradation profile as a function of the degradation category; and

identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements as a function of the plurality of lifestyle element amounts;

generate a body degradation reduction program using the plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein generating the body reduction program includes:

receiving a plurality of training data comprising lifestyle element amounts and a plurality of correlated effects of each of a plurality of lifestyle element amounts on body degradation profiles of users;

training a machine learning model as a function of the plurality of training data; and

generating the body degradation reduction program as a function of the machine-learning model and the plurality of lifestyle elements; and

output, on a graphical user interface, the body degradation reduction program, wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a frequency of engagement of the plurality of lifestyle elements and a magnitude of engagement of the plurality of lifestyle elements.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein generating the body degradation reduction program includes receiving a user preference and generating the body degradation reduction program as a function of the user preference.

The system of claim 2 , wherein generating the body degradation reduction program further comprises generating an objective function with the at least a plurality of lifestyle elements wherein the objection function outputs at least an ordering of a plurality of lifestyle elements according to constraints from the degradation category and the user preference.

4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a body degradation score.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a nutritional element.

6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the nutritional element includes a nutritional supplement.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes an exercise element.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a mindfulness element comprising meditating.

9. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a spiritual element comprising praying.

10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a scheduled engagement of a lifestyle activity.

11. A method for generating a body degradation reduction program, the method comprising:

receiving, by a computing device, at least a degradation marker related to a user;

retrieving, by the computing device, a body degradation profile as a function of the at least a degradation marker;

assigning, by the computing device, the body degradation profile to a degradation category;

identifying, by the computing device, using the degradation category and the body degradation profile, a plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements includes:

calculating a plurality of lifestyle element amounts as a function of a respective effect of each of a plurality of lifestyle elements on the body degradation profile as a function of the degradation category; and

identifying the plurality of lifestyle elements as a function of the plurality of lifestyle element amounts;

generating, a body degradation reduction program using the plurality of lifestyle elements, wherein generating the body reduction program includes:

receiving a plurality of training data comprising lifestyle element amounts and a plurality of correlated effects of each of a plurality of lifestyle element amounts on body degradation profiles of users;

training a machine learning model as a function of the plurality of training data; and

generating the body degradation reduction program as a function of the machine-learning model and the plurality of lifestyle elements; and

outputting, on a graphical user interface, the body degradation reduction program, wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a frequency of engagement of the plurality of lifestyle elements and a magnitude of engagement of the plurality of lifestyle elements.

12. The system of claim 11 , wherein generating the body degradation reduction program includes receiving a user preference and generating the body degradation reduction program as a function of the user preference.

The system of claim 12 , wherein generating the body degradation reduction program further comprises generating an objective function with the at least a plurality of lifestyle elements wherein the objection function outputs at least an ordering of a plurality of lifestyle elements according to constraints from the degradation category and the user preference.

14. The system of claim 11 , wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a body degradation score.

15. The system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a nutritional element.

16. The system of claim 15 , wherein the nutritional element includes a nutritional supplement.

17. The system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes an exercise element.

18. The system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a mindfulness element comprising meditating.

19. The system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of lifestyle elements includes a spiritual element comprising praying.

20. The system of claim 11 , wherein the body degradation reduction program includes a scheduled engagement of a lifestyle activity.
