Abstract

Systems and methods provide a conversational website or native application. The conversational website or native application includes an interface that enables a network device to exchange one or more messages with a bot or a terminal device (operated by a live agent) during a communication session. The interface may include a communication area (e.g., a portion of the screen) and a dynamic content area (e.g., another portion of the screen). The content of a message received from the network device may be used to select dynamic content to display in the dynamic content area. Dynamic updating of content displayed in the dynamic content area occurs continuously as messages are exchanged during the communication session.

identifying an attribute tag corresponding to the intent and the one or more factors;

using the attribute tag to retrieve a content element, wherein the content element causes a processor to display a dynamic content area, and wherein the dynamic content area and the communication area are distinct;

updating the interface in real-time to display the content element within the dynamic content area, wherein a shape of the dynamic content area is dynamically updated based on the one or more factors and the content element;

dynamically retrieving new content elements in real-time to display in the dynamic content area, wherein the new content elements are retrieved in real-time as new messages are entered via the chat function, and wherein the new content elements are retrieved based on new attribute tags corresponding to one or more new intents, new textual characteristics associated with the new messages, and new message-associated statistics corresponding to the new messages; and

dynamically updating the dynamic content area to display the new content elements as the new messages are entered via the chat function, wherein the shape of the dynamic content area is dynamically updated based on the new content elements.

2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the content element includes a video clip, and wherein the video clip is displayed within the dynamic content area.

3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the interface is associated with a native application, and wherein when the native application is executed, the communication area and the dynamic content area are displayed concurrently.

4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the interface is associated with a website, and wherein when the website is being accessed, the communication area and the dynamic content area are displayed concurrently.

5. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the content element corresponds to a website, a portion of a website, selectable content, a link to a website, or a link to content.

6. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating a history of content elements presented via the dynamic content area, wherein the history of content elements is generated by tracking the content element and the new content elements presented in the dynamic content area; and

providing the history of content elements.

7. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the message-associated statistics include a typing speed associated with the message.

8. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the content element is another bot that is configured to autonomously communicate with the user within the dynamic content area with regard to the intent.

9. A system, comprising:

one or more processors; and

memory storing thereon instructions that, as a result of being executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to:

receive a message from a user during a communication session between the user and a bot, wherein the message is submitted via a chat function provided within a communication area of an interface;

perform a content analysis on the message in real-time to determine an intent associated with the message and one or more factors, wherein the one or more factors correspond to textual characteristics associated with the message and message-associated statistics corresponding to the message as the message is entered during the communication session;

identify an attribute tag corresponding to the intent and the one or more factors;

use the attribute tag to retrieve a content element, wherein the content element causes a processor to display a dynamic content area, and wherein the dynamic content area and the communication area are distinct;

update the interface in real-time to display the content element within the dynamic content area, wherein a shape of the dynamic content area is dynamically updated based on the one or more factors and the content element;

dynamically retrieve new content elements in real-time to display in the dynamic content area, wherein the new content elements are retrieved in real-time as new messages are entered via the chat function, and wherein the new content elements are retrieved according to based on new attribute tags corresponding to one or more new intents, new textual characteristics associated with the new messages, and new message-associated statistics corresponding to the new messages; and

dynamically update the dynamic content area to display the new content elements as the new messages are entered via the chat function, wherein the shape of the dynamic content area is dynamically updated based on the new content elements.

10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the content element includes a video clip, and wherein the video clip is displayed within the dynamic content area.

11. The system of claim 9 , wherein the interface is associated with a native application, and wherein when the native application is executed, the communication area and the dynamic content area are displayed concurrently.

12. The system of claim 9 , wherein the interface is associated with a website, and wherein when the website is being accessed, the communication area and the dynamic content area are displayed concurrently.

13. The system of claim 9 , wherein the content element corresponds to a website, a portion of a website, selectable content, a link to a website, or a link to content.

14. The system of claim 9 , wherein the instructions further cause the system to:

generate a history of content elements presented via the dynamic content area, wherein the history of content elements is generated by tracking the content element and the new content elements presented in the dynamic content area; and

provide the history of content elements.

15. The system of claim 9 , wherein the message-associated statistics include a typing speed associated with the message.

16. The system of claim 9 , wherein the content element is another bot that is configured to autonomously communicate with the user within the dynamic content area with regard to the intent.

17. A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium storing thereon executable instructions that, as a result of being executed by one or more processors of a computer system, cause the computer system to:

receive a message from a user during a communication session between the user and a bot, wherein the message is submitted via a chat function provided within a communication area of an interface;
