Abstract

Systems, methods and computer readable products are provided for enabling dynamic loading of one or more digital image branding functions associated with one or more distribution rules. A distribution rule is used to target a group of end users that are selected from a dataset mapping a plurality of end-users according to one or more distribution rules. Instructions are forwarded to present an indication the digital image branding function to each member of the end users group.

Claims (30)

1. A computerized method of distributing a digital media content processing function, the computerized method comprising:

using by at least one server having at least one hardware processor one or more digital media content processing functions, each of the digital media content processing functions associated with at least one distribution rule defining a sensor data condition;

receiving, over a network, sensor data from each of a plurality of mobile devices, the sensor data is determined according to outputs of at least one sensor of one of the plurality of mobile devices;

forwarding, over the network, independent of the actual creation of digital media content by the end user, at least one of the digital media content processing functions to at least one of the plurality of mobile devices, based on a match between the sensor data condition defined by the distribution rule associated with the at least one digital media content processing function and the sensor data of the at least one mobile device;

wherein the using, receiving, and forwarding are performed automatically without intervention from an end user;

wherein the at least one digital media content processing function is set to be used by an application executed on the at least one mobile device to process a digital media content designated at the at least one mobile device to create an output digital media content;

wherein the digital media content is at least one of a graphical data, a photo, a drawing, a painting, a video file, an images extracted from the video file, and an audio file;

wherein at least one of the distribution rule and the sensor data condition are created independent of the actual creation of digital media content by the end user;

wherein the at least one sensor is selected from a group consisting of: an image sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a light sensor, a temperature sensor, a heart rate monitor, a location determining module, a time-keeping module and a moisture sensor;

wherein the digital media content processing function comprises an overlay function for applying an overlay to the digital media content;

wherein using by at least one server having at least one hardware processor one or more digital media content processing functions comprises accessing a plurality of digital media content processing functions, each with its associated distribution rule;

wherein the application includes a graphical user interface that displays the at least one digital media content processing function;

wherein the application includes program code to publish the output digital media content in one or more social networks;

wherein the one or more digital media content processing functions are set to be executed to process the digital media content in a time interval of nine seconds or less on each of the mobile devices.

2. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one digital media content processing function is a content processing function that analyzes a content depicted in the digital media content to create accordingly the output digital media content.

3. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the output digital media content is a branded image.

4. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the end user using the application executed on the at least one mobile device to is provided with tools to comment on the output digital media content.

5. A method according to claim 1 , wherein both the distribution rule and the sensor data condition are created independent of the actual creation of digital media content by the end user.

6. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises at least one of a location determining module and a time-keeping module.

7. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor data is used to match the sensor data condition.

8. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises a location determining module.

9. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises a time-keeping module.

10. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the overlay is recognizable by a plurality of end users as associated with at least one of a commercial product, a sporting event, a cultural event, a philanthropic event and a political event.

11. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one digital media content processing function comprises a member selected from a group consisting of a black and white function, a sepia function and an antique function set to be used by the application.

12. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one digital media content processing function is set to be used by the application to process a video designated at the at least one mobile device to create an output digital video.

13. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one digital media content processing function is at least one of de blurring, color correction, auto focus, fill flash, cropping, de motion blurring, black and white, sepia, antique, overlay, pinch, zoom and rotation.

14. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the distribution rule targets one or more end users who are in a connections list of an end user in at least one social media network.

15. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the digital media content processing function comprises adding an icon to the digital media content.

16. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the distribution rule is based upon a characteristic of, a like, an interest, a preference, and/or a match of a certain requirement for an end user.

17. A method according to claim 1 , wherein the application further includes program code to save output image on mobile device.
