Abstract

A display device includes: a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, wherein the non-display area is surrounded by the display area; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate; a second conductive layer disposed on the substrate, wherein, corresponding to the display area, the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer cross from a top view; a first insulating layer disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; a third conductive layer disposed on the substrate and corresponding to the non-display area; and a second insulating layer disposed between the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer, wherein, corresponding to the non-display area, the third conductive layer and the second conductive layer cross from the top view.

Claims (24)

1 . A display device, comprising:

a substrate comprising a display area and a non-display area, wherein the non-display area is surrounded by the display area;

a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate;

a second conductive layer disposed on the substrate, wherein, corresponding to the display area, the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer cross from a top view;

a first insulating layer disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer;

a third conductive layer disposed on the substrate and corresponding to the non-display area; and

a second insulating layer disposed between the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer,

wherein, corresponding to the non-display area, the third conductive layer and the second conductive layer cross from the top view.

2 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the display area comprises a plurality of pixel units, and the non-display area is disposed between at least two of the plurality of pixel units.

3 . The display device of claim 1 , further comprising an opening disposed corresponding to the non-display area.

4 . The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a third insulating layer, wherein the third conductive layer is disposed between the third insulating layer and the second insulating layer.

5 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the third conductive layer comprises metal or metallic oxide.

6 . A display device, comprising:

a substrate comprising a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area;

a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate;

a second conductive layer disposed on the substrate, wherein, corresponding to the display area, the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer cross from a top view;

a first insulating layer disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer;

a third conductive layer disposed on the substrate and corresponding to the non-display area, wherein the third conductive layer is electrically connected to the second conductive layer; and

a second insulating layer disposed between the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer,

wherein the second insulating layer comprises a hole, and the third conductive layer extends into the hole.

The display device of claim 6 , wherein, corresponding to the non-display area, the third conductive layer comprises a projection on the substrate, a portion of the projection of the third conductive layer is overlapped with a portion of a projection of the first conductive layer on the substrate.

8 . The display device of claim 6 , wherein the third conductive layer comprises metal or metallic oxide.

9 . The display device of claim 6 , further comprising a third insulating layer, wherein the third conductive layer is disposed between the third insulating layer and the second insulating layer.

10 . The display device of claim 6 , wherein the third conductive layer is electrically connected to the second conductive layer via the hole.
