Abstract

Disclosed are a system, method, device, and/or non-transitory computer readable medium for providing an instant messaging service implemented with a computer. The method includes receiving a request on establishing a conversation interface with an official account registered at the instant messaging service from a client, providing a rich menu user interface associated with the official account on a portion of the conversation interface when the client establishes the conversation interface in response to the request, receiving a selection on a display item included in the rich menu from the client, identifying content associated with the selected display item by a manager of the official account, and providing the identified content to the client through the conversation interface.

Claims (64)

1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium that stores computer readable instructions, which when executed, cause at least one processor of a user terminal to:

receive a rich menu construction tool from a server, the rich menu construction tool configured to construct a rich menu associated with an official account, the rich menu construction tool including at least one setting menu associated with the rich menu;

display the rich menu construction tool on a screen associated with the user terminal;

receive a first user input on the rich menu construction tool, the first user input selecting a desired number of sub-areas included in the rich menu; and

receive a second user input on the rich menu construction tool, the second user input selecting a setting type related to at least one of the sub-areas of the rich menu.

2. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:

receive a third user input on the rich menu construction tool, the third user input selecting at least one of a template selection menu, a display status setting menu, a display duration setting menu, a link setting menu, or any combinations thereof.

3. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 2 , wherein

the received third user input corresponds to the template selection menu;

the displaying the rich menu construction tool includes displaying the template selection menu; and

the template selection menu is configured to provide a plurality of selectable template types for the rich menu to the user.

4. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of selectable template types includes at least two of:

an image format template, a text and icon combination format template, an animation format template, a video format template, an audio format template, or any combinations thereof.

5. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 4 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:

receive a selection of at least one of the selectable template types and a desired sub-area of the rich menu; and

add the selected template type to the desired sub-area of the rich menu.

6. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 2 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:

receive a selection of the display status setting menu; and

display the display status setting menu, the display status setting menu configured to set a display on or off status for the rich menu in a chat room associated with the official account.

7. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 2 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:

receive a selection of the display duration setting menu; and

display the display duration setting menu, the display duration setting menu configured to set a desired duration for displaying the rich menu in a chat room associated with the official account.

8. A method for displaying a rich menu construction tool on a user terminal, the method comprising:

receiving, using at least one processor, a rich menu construction tool from a server, the rich menu construction tool configured to construct a rich menu associated with an official account, the rich menu construction tool including at least one setting menu associated with the rich menu;

displaying, using the at least one processor, the rich menu construction tool on a screen associated with the user terminal;

receiving, using the at least one processor, a first user input on the rich menu construction tool, the first user input selecting a desired number of sub-areas included in the rich menu; and

receiving, using the at least one processor, a second user input on the rich menu construction tool, the second user input selecting a setting type related to at least one of the sub-areas of the rich menu.

9. The method of claim 8 , the method further comprising:

receiving, using the at least one processor, a third user input on the rich menu construction tool, the third user input selecting at least one of a template selection menu, a display status setting menu, a display duration setting menu, a link setting menu, or any combinations thereof.

10. The method of claim 9 , wherein

the received third user input corresponds to the template selection menu;

the displaying the rich menu construction tool includes displaying the template selection menu; and

the template selection menu is configured to provide a plurality of selectable template types for the rich menu to the user.

11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the plurality of selectable template types includes at least two of:

an image format template, a text and icon combination format template, an animation format template, a video format template, an audio format template, or any combinations thereof.

12. The method of claim 11 , the method further comprising:

receiving, using the at least one processor, a selection of at least one of the selectable template types and a desired sub-area of the rich menu; and

adding, using the at least one processor, the selected template type to the desired sub-area of the rich menu.

13. The method of claim 9 , the method further comprising:

receiving, using the at least one processor, a selection of the display status setting menu; and

displaying, using the at least one processor, the display status setting menu, the display status setting menu configured to set a display on or off status for the rich menu in a chat room associated with the official account.

14. The method of claim 9 , the method further comprising:

receiving, using the at least one processor, a selection of the display duration setting menu; and

displaying, using the at least one processor, the display duration setting menu, the display duration setting menu configured to set a desired duration for displaying the rich menu in a chat room associated with the official account.

15. A user terminal comprising:

at least one processor configured to execute computer readable instructions stored in memory to,

receive a rich menu construction tool from a server, the rich menu construction tool configured to construct a rich menu associated with an official account, the rich menu construction tool including at least one setting menu associated with the rich menu;

display the rich menu construction tool on a screen associated with the user terminal;

receive a first user input on the rich menu construction tool, the first user input selecting a desired number of sub-areas included in the rich menu; and

receive a second user input on the rich menu construction tool, the second user input selecting a setting type related to at least one of the sub-areas of the rich menu.

16. The user terminal of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:

receive a third user input on the rich menu construction tool, the third user input selecting at least one of a template selection menu, a display status setting menu, a display duration setting menu, a link setting menu, or any combinations thereof.

17. The user terminal of claim 16 , wherein

the received third user input corresponds to the template selection menu;

the displaying the rich menu construction tool includes displaying the template selection menu; and

the template selection menu is configured to provide a plurality of selectable template types for the rich menu to the user.

18. The user terminal of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of selectable template types includes at least two of:

an image format template, a text and icon combination format template, an animation format template, a video format template, an audio format template, or any combinations thereof.

19. The user terminal of claim 18 , wherein the at least one processor is further caused to:
