Time window for radio link failure detection of an unlicensed cell
A wireless device receives, via an unlicensed cell, downlink signals during a time window including downlink transmission time intervals. A counter is incremented in response to: a radio link quality of the downlink signals being worse than a threshold during the time window; and the time window being used for radio link failure (RLF) detection of the unlicensed cell. An RLF is detected based on the counter. A first message indicating the RLF is transmitted.

5. The method of claim 4 , further comprising receiving:
a first parameter indicating a timer value for the timer; and
a second parameter indicating the second number.
6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising transmitting, by the wireless device to a base station, a radio resource control connection reestablishment request message.
7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the radio resource control connection reestablishment request message comprises the first message.

receive, via an unlicensed cell, downlink signals during a time window comprising downlink transmission time intervals;
increment a counter in response to:
a radio link quality of the downlink signals being worse than a threshold during the time window; and
the time window being used for radio link failure (RLF) detection of the unlicensed cell;
detect an RLF based on the counter; and
transmit a first message indicating the RLF.
