Abstract

The present invention aims to provide a method for producing a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition which can stably provide a molded product that has excellent weather resistance, and has a highly excellent appearance (textured surface uniformity). According to the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition by using an extruder, wherein the composition contains a crystalline aliphatic polyamide resin (A), an amorphous polyamide resin (B), an acrylic resin (C), mica (D), glass fiber (E) and a master batch of carbon black (F) in a specific ratio by mass, respectively, wherein the composition further contains a specific amount of a copper compound (G), and wherein the extruder has a supply port for raw materials, a side-feeder, and a discharge port, which are arranged in this order from an upstream side being a raw material-supply side, characterized in that, the ingredients (A), (B), (C) and (F) as well as a dispersion of the ingredient (G) are supplied to the extruder from the supply port for raw materials, and the ingredients (D) and (E) are supplied to the extruder from the side-feeder.

Claims (2)

1 . A method for producing a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition by using an extruder, wherein the composition contains a crystalline aliphatic polyamide resin (A), an amorphous polyamide resin (B), an acrylic resin (C), mica (D), glass fiber (E) and a master batch of carbon black (F) in a ratio by mass of (17 to 30):(10 to 16):(3 to 8):(10 to 25):(20 to 50):(1 to 8), respectively, wherein a mass ratio of (A) and (B) ((B)/(A)) satisfies 0.50 to 0.61, wherein the composition further contains a copper compound (G) in a rate of 0.005 to 1.0 part by mass when a total amount of the ingredients (A) to (F) is taken as 100 parts by mass, and wherein the extruder has a supply port for raw materials, a side-feeder, and a discharge port, which are arranged in this order from an upstream side being a raw material-supply side, characterized in that, the ingredients (A), (B), (C) and (F) as well as a dispersion of the ingredient (G) are supplied to the extruder from the supply port for raw materials, and the ingredients (D) and (E) are supplied to the extruder from the side-feeder.

2 . The method for producing a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein the dispersion of the ingredient (G) is an aqueous solution of the ingredient (G).
