Abstract

A ceiling panel to be fixed to a ceiling base, the ceiling base having a long shape extending in a first direction and being provided in parallel spaced in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The ceiling panel includes a panel body in a shape of a rectangular flat plate, a magnet provided on a back face side of both end portions of the panel body in the second direction and being attracted to an attracted portion of the ceiling base, a hooked portion provided for a first end portion of the panel body in the first direction, and a hooking portion provided for a second end portion of the panel body in the first direction, the hooking portion hooking on a hooked portion of an adjacent ceiling panel to be provided in the first direction.

Claims (33)

1. A ceiling panel to be fixed to a ceiling base, the ceiling base having a long shape extending in a first direction and being provided in parallel spaced in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the ceiling panel comprising:

a panel body in a shape of a rectangular flat plate;

a magnet provided on a back face side of both end portions of the panel body in the second direction and being attracted to an attracted portion of the ceiling base;

a hooked portion provided for a first end portion of the panel body in the first direction; and

a hooking portion provided for a second end portion of the panel body in the first direction, the hooking portion hooking on a hooked portion of an adjacent ceiling panel to be provided in the first direction,

wherein a securing part is provided on a back face side of the first end portion of the panel body in the first direction, the securing part protruding outward in the first direction from the first end portion and being fixed to the ceiling base,

wherein an abutting face of the securing part to abut on the ceiling base and an abutting face of the magnet to abut on the ceiling base are on a same plane, and

wherein the hooked portion and the securing part are provided for a reinforcement member fixed along the second direction almost entirely so as to be disposed along a back face of the first end portion of the panel body in the first direction.

2. The ceiling panel according to claim 1 ,

wherein the magnet is provided on a back face side of the panel body through a magnet holding member holding and housing the magnet, and

wherein the magnet holding member is provided with an adhesive filling portion that penetrates along a thickness direction of the panel body and that has an opening for injecting an adhesive on a face on a ceiling base side, and an overflow passage having an overflow port on a side circumferential face so as to communicate with the adhesive filling portion.

3. The ceiling panel according to claim 1 ,

wherein the securing part is provided so as to form a gap between the securing part and a back face of an adjacent ceiling panel to be provided in the first direction and to be provided downward the securing part, and size of the gap being larger than size of a head portion of a fastener along an axial direction, the fastener fixing the securing part to the ceiling base.

4. The ceiling panel according to claim 3 ,

wherein the magnet is provided on a back face side of the panel body through a magnet holding member holding and housing the magnet, and

wherein the magnet holding member is provided with an adhesive filling portion that penetrates along a thickness direction of the panel body and that has an opening for injecting an adhesive on a face on a ceiling base side, and an overflow passage having an overflow port on a side circumferential face so as to communicate with the adhesive filling portion.

5. A ceiling panel to be fixed to a ceiling base, the ceiling base having a long shape extending in a first direction and being provided in parallel spaced in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the ceiling panel comprising:

a panel body in a shape of a rectangular flat plate;

a magnet provided on a back face side of both end portions of the panel body in the second direction and being attracted to an attracted portion of the ceiling base;

a hooked portion provided for a first end portion of the panel body in the first direction; and

a hooking portion provided for a second end portion of the panel body in the first direction, the hooking portion hooking on a hooked portion of an adjacent ceiling panel to be provided in the first direction,

wherein the magnet is provided on a back face side of the panel body through a magnet holding member holding and housing the magnet;

wherein a securing part is provided on a back face side of the first end portion of the panel body in the first direction, the securing part protruding outward in the first direction from the first end portion and being fixed to the ceiling base,

wherein an abutting face of the securing part to abut on the ceiling base and an abutting face of the magnet holding member to abut on the ceiling base are on a same plane, and

wherein the hooked portion and the securing part are provided for a reinforcement member fixed along the second direction almost entirely so as to be disposed along a back face of the first end portion of the panel body in the first direction.

6. The ceiling panel according to claim 5 ,

wherein the magnet is provided on a back face side of the panel body through a magnet holding member holding and housing the magnet, and

wherein the magnet holding member is provided with an adhesive filling portion that penetrates along a thickness direction of the panel body and that has an opening for injecting an adhesive on a face on a ceiling base side, and an overflow passage having an overflow port on a side circumferential face so as to communicate with the adhesive filling portion.

7. The ceiling panel according to claim 5 ,

wherein the securing part is provided so as to form a gap between the securing part and a back face of an adjacent ceiling panel to be provided in the first direction and to be provided downward the securing part, and size of the gap being larger than size of a head portion of a fastener along an axial direction, the fastener fixing the securing part to the ceiling base.

8. The ceiling panel according to claim 7 ,

wherein the magnet is provided on a back face side of the panel body through a magnet holding member holding and housing the magnet, and

wherein the magnet holding member is provided with an adhesive filling portion that penetrates along a thickness direction of the panel body and that has an opening for injecting an adhesive on a face on a ceiling base side, and an overflow passage having an overflow port on a side circumferential face so as to communicate with the adhesive filling portion.
