A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Carnival Cinnamon Stick’, characterized by its dark reddish-orange and medium green colored foliage, white and reddish-purple colored flowers, and moderately vigorous, mounded growth habit, is disclosed.

1. A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named ‘Carnival Cinnamon Stick’, substantially as herein illustrated and described.
