Gate driving circuit and display panel including the same
A display device includes a gate driving circuit and a driving circuit. The gate driving circuit outputs a clock signal. The driving circuit receives the clock signal for driving a display unit and comprises two transistors. Wherein one of the two transistors is an oxide transistor and the other one of the two transistors is a silicon transistor.
1. A display device, comprising:
a gate driving circuit outputting a clock signal; and
a driving circuit receiving the clock signal for driving a display unit and comprising two transistors;
wherein one of the two transistors is an oxide transistor and the other one of the two transistors is a silicon transistor,
wherein the oxide transistor comprises a first semiconductor layer, the silicon transistor comprises a second semiconductor layer, and a conductor directly connects the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer.
2. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the silicon transistor receives the clock signal.
3. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the gate driving circuit comprises at least one shift unit and at least one switch unit connected to the at least one shift unit.
4. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the oxide transistor is connected to an electrode of the display unit.
5. The display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the oxide transistor comprises a bottom gate electrode.
6. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the silicon transistor is connected to an electrode of the display unit.
7. The display device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the silicon transistor comprises a top gate electrode.
8. The display device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the oxide transistor comprises a bottom gate electrode, and the top gate electrode and the bottom gate electrode are located in a same layer.
9. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first semiconductor layer is disposed on the second semiconductor layer.
