Abstract

Various systems, methods, and devices related to modifying views of a multi-lead electrocardiogram (ECG), as well as identifying notations associated with the multi-lead ECG, are described. An example method includes displaying graphical elements in a first arrangement. The graphical elements respectively depict electrical signals indicative of an electrical activity of a heart. The example method further includes detecting a signal indicative of a display selection, and, based on the display selection, rearranging the graphical elements from the first arrangement to a second arrangement.

11. The external defibrillator according to claim 1 , wherein the UI is further configured to receive a selection signal indicative of the first arrangement or the second arrangement, the first arrangement is utilized to present 12 or 15 waveforms of the 12 or 15 ECG signals in a first sequence, and the second arrangement is utilized to present the 12 or 15 waveforms of the 12 or 15 ECG signals in a second sequence that is different from the first sequence.

12. A medical device comprising:

a detection circuit configured to detect, by electrodes, 12 or 15 electrocardiogram (ECG) signals indicative of an electrical activity of a heart of an individual;

a display screen configured to display 12 or 15 graphical elements respectively corresponding to the 12 or 15 ECG signals, wherein a first graphical element represents a first electrical potential between a first combination of the electrodes during a time interval, and a second graphical element represents a second electrical potential between a second combination of the electrodes during the time interval;

a user interface (UI) configured to selectively switch between a first arrangement and a second arrangement, wherein the first arrangement is utilized to present 12 or 15 waveforms of the 12 or 15 ECG signals in a first sequence, and the second arrangement is utilized to present the 12 or 15 waveforms of the 12 or 15 ECG signals in a second sequence that is different from the first sequence;

a processor; and

memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
