Abstract

A power consumption device, a method for manufacturing a power consumption device and an apparatus for manufacturing a power consumption device, belonging to the technical field of batteries. The power consumption device includes a passenger compartment and a box, the box being configured for accommodating a battery cell, the box including a thermal management component. Where the thermal management component is configured to accommodate fluid to adjust a temperature for the battery cell and the passenger compartment. The power consumption device, the method for manufacturing a power consumption device and the apparatus for manufacturing a power consumption device are capable of realizing reasonable use of energy, thereby reducing waste of energy.

Claims (25)

1 . A power consumption device, comprising:

a passenger compartment; and

a box for accommodating a battery cell, the box comprising a thermal management component;

wherein the thermal management component is configured to accommodate fluid to adjust a temperature for the battery cell and the passenger compartment.

The power consumption device according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal management component is configured for a heat conducting connection to the battery cell, and the thermal management component is in a heat conducting connection to a compartment wall of the passenger compartment or is formed as a part of the compartment wall so as to simultaneously adjust a temperature for the battery cell and the passenger compartment.

The power consumption device according to claim 2 , wherein the box further comprises a box body with an opening, the thermal management component is configured to cover the opening, the box body and the thermal management component enclose a closing chamber, and the closing chamber is configured to accommodate the battery cell.

4 . The power consumption device according to claim 3 , wherein the compartment wall comprises a bottom wall and the thermal management component is at least a part of the bottom wall or the thermal management component is in a heat conducting connection to the bottom wall.

5 . The power consumption device according to claim 4 , wherein the box body is located under the bottom wall.

The power consumption device according to claim 3 , wherein the power consumption device further comprises a heating element, the heating element being configured to generate heat when the power consumption device is working; and the thermal management component comprises a body portion and an extrusion portion, the body portion being configured to enclose the closing chamber with the box body, the extrusion portion being configured to protrude out of a peripheral wall of the box body, and the extrusion portion being attached to the heating element to adjust a temperature for the heating element.

The power consumption device according to claim 6 , wherein the thermal management component further comprises a fixing portion, the fixing portion is provided at an intersection between the body portion and the extrusion portion and extends in a direction perpendicular to the body portion and/or the extrusion portion, and the thermal management component is connected to a peripheral wall of the box body through the fixing portion.

8 . The power consumption device according to claim 7 , wherein the peripheral wall of the box body is provided with a groove corresponding to the fixing portion, and the fixing portion is configured to be embedded into the groove.

9 . The power consumption device according to claim 3 , wherein the power consumption device is a vehicle.

10 . The power consumption device according to claim 9 , wherein the power consumption device further comprises a frame, the frame is located at a bottom of the passenger compartment and the box body is installed on the frame or as a part of the frame.

11 . The power consumption device according to claim 10 , wherein the frame comprises two main cross beams, two main longitudinal beams and a base plate, and the two main cross beams, the two main longitudinal beams and the base plate enclose the box body.

12 . A method for manufacturing a power consumption device, wherein the method comprises:

providing a battery cell;

providing a passenger compartment;

providing a box, the box comprising a thermal management component; and

accommodating the battery cell in the box, wherein the thermal management component is configured to accommodate fluid to adjust a temperature for the battery cell and the passenger compartment.

13 . An apparatus for manufacturing a power consumption device, characterized by comprising:

a providing module for

providing a battery cell;

providing a passenger compartment; and

providing a box, the box comprising a thermal management component, wherein the thermal management component is configured to adjust a temperature for the battery cell and the passenger compartment; and

an assembly module for accommodating the battery cell in the box.
