Abstract

A second base station sends, to a first base station, a handover request comprising a time sensitive networking (TSN) bridge parameter of a TSN bridge, wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge identifier. The second base station receives a handover acceptance from the first base station for the handover request.

Claims (30)

1 . A method comprising:

sending, by a second base station to a first base station, a handover request comprising a time sensitive networking (TSN) bridge parameter of a TSN bridge, wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge identifier; and

receiving a handover acceptance from the first base station for the handover request.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge capability support indicator.

3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving data packets by the second base station.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the TSN bridge identifier is associated with a TSN bridge that is supported by the second base station.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the TSN bridge identifier is associated with a TSN bridge that is used by a wireless device.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the sending the handover request is based on receiving, by the second base station from the wireless device, a measurement report.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the measurement report indicates a measurement associated with the first base station.

8 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising sending, by the second base station to the wireless device, a measurement configuration.

9 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the handover request comprises an identifier of the wireless device.

10 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the handover acceptance comprises an identifier of the wireless device.

11 . A second base station comprising: one or more processors and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the second base station to:

send, to a first base station, a handover request comprising a time sensitive networking (TSN) bridge parameter of a TSN bridge, wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge identifier; and

receive a handover acceptance from the first base station for the handover request.

12 . The second base station of claim 11 , wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge capability support indicator.

13 . The second base station of claim 11 , wherein the instructions further cause the second base station to receive data packets by the second base station.

14 . The second base station of claim 11 , wherein the TSN bridge identifier is associated with a TSN bridge that is supported by the second base station.

15 . The second base station of claim 11 , wherein the TSN bridge identifier is associated with a TSN bridge that is used by a wireless device.

16 . The second base station of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the second base station to send the handover request based on receiving, by the second base station from the wireless device, a measurement report.

17 . The second base station of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the second base station to send, to the wireless device, a measurement configuration.

18 . The second base station of claim 15 , wherein the handover request comprises an identifier of the wireless device.

19 . The second base station of claim 15 , wherein the handover acceptance comprises an identifier of the wireless device.

20 . A system comprising:

a second base station comprising: one or more processors and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the second base station to:

send, to a first base station, a handover request comprising a time sensitive networking (TSN) bridge parameter of a TSN bridge, wherein the TSN bridge parameter comprises a TSN bridge identifier; and

receive a handover acceptance from the first base station for the handover request; and

the first base station, wherein the first base station comprises: one or more processors and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the first base station to:

receive the handover request; and

send the handover acceptance.
