Abstract

The invention relates to oxopyrimidinyl-methyl-benzamide derivatives, for example in a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form or crystal form, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the derivatives, and their medical use, in particular for use in the treatment of α 1 -antitrypsin deficiency (A1AD or AATD).

Claims (18)

1. A method of inducing Z A1AT secretion comprising administering a compound represented by the structure of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any one thereof.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the administering to the subject in need thereof is conducted orally.

6. A method of treating αi-antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) comprising administering a compound represented by the structure of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any one thereof.

7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

8. The method of claim 6 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

9. The method of claim 6 , wherein the compound is represented by:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

10. The method of claim 6 , wherein the administering to the subject in need thereof is conducted orally.
