A new and distinct cultivar of Petunia plant named ‘Dopetpoplucobl’, characterized by its relatively compact, semi-upright and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large dark violet-colored flowers with dark purple-colored throats and venation; and good garden performance.
