BATTERY CELL, METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A BATTERY CELL, BATTERY AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE
Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a method and a system for manufacturing the battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell provided by the embodiments of the present application include: an electrode assembly comprising a first tab; a casing for accommodating the electrode assembly, the casing comprising a wall provided with an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal mounted at the electrode lead-out hole; and a current collecting member positioned between the wall and the first tab and configured to connect the electrode terminal and the first tab. A first recess is provided at an end of the electrode terminal that faces the first tab, a side wall of the first recess is bent outward so that the electrode terminal is fixed to the wall, and the current collecting member is abutted against and connected to a bottom surface of the first recess.
1 . A battery cell, comprising:
an electrode assembly comprising a first tab;
a casing for accommodating the electrode assembly, the casing comprising a wall provided with an electrode lead-out hole;
an electrode terminal mounted at the electrode lead-out hole; and
a current collecting member positioned between the wall and the first tab and configured to connect the electrode terminal and the first tab;
wherein a first recess is provided at an end of the electrode terminal that faces the first tab, a side wall of the first recess is bent outward so that the electrode terminal is fixed to the wall, and the current collecting member is abutted against and connected to a bottom surface of the first recess.
2 . The battery cell according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode terminal comprises:
a limiting portion positioned on a side of the wall that is away from the first tab;
a body portion being connected to a surface of the limiting portion that faces the wall and passing through the electrode lead-out hole, an end of the body portion that faces the first tab being provided with the first recess and a folded edge structure, the folded structure being formed by bending the side wall of the first recess outward;
the limiting portion and the folded edge structure are configured to clamp a part of the wall to fix the electrode terminal to the wall.
3 . The battery cell according to claim 2 , wherein in a radial direction of the wall, a size of the limiting portion is larger than a size of the folded edge structure.

The battery cell according to claim 2 , wherein in the radial direction of the wall, a thickness of at least a part of the folded edge structure that extends from an outer end surface of the folded edge structure gradually increases from an outer side to an inner side of the folded edge structure.
5 . The battery cell according to claim 4 , wherein at least a part of a surface of the folded edge structure that faces the first tab is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is connected to the outer end surface and is inclined toward the electrode assembly.
6 . The battery cell according to claim 2 , wherein in a thickness direction of the wall, the bottom surface of the first recess is closer to the first tab compared to an inner surface of the wall.
7 . The battery cell according to claim 2 , further comprising a sealing member disposed between the wall and the electrode terminal and configured to seal the electrode lead-out hole.
8 . The battery cell according to claim 7 , wherein the sealing member comprises a first sealing portion surrounding an outside of the body portion and positioned between the wall and the limiting portion;
the electrode terminal further includes a first protrusion protruding from a surface of the limiting portion that faces the first sealing portion and surrounding the body portion, and the first protrusion is configured to press against the first sealing portion to seal the electrode lead-out hole; and/or the sealing member further includes a second protrusion protruding from a surface of the first sealing portion that faces the limiting portion and surrounding the body portion, and the second protrusion is configured to press against the limiting portion to seal the electrode lead-out hole.
9 . The battery cell according to claim 8 , wherein
a projection of the first protrusion along the thickness direction of the wall lying within a projection of the folded edge structure along the thickness direction; and/or
a projection of the second protrusion along the thickness direction of the wall lying within the projection of the folded edge structure along the thickness direction.
10 . The battery cell according to claim 8 , wherein
in a radial direction of the wall, a minimum distance between the first protrusion and the body portion is smaller than a minimum distance between the first protrusion and an outer edge of the limiting portion; and/or in the radial direction of the wall, a minimum distance between the second protrusion and the body portion is smaller than a minimum distance between the second protrusion and the outer edge of the limiting portion.
11 . The battery cell according to claim 7 , wherein the electrode assembly further comprises a second tab having a polarity opposite to a polarity of the first tab, the second tab is electrically connected to the wall;
the sealing member insulates and separates the wall from the electrode terminal.

The battery cell according to claim 1 , wherein the current collecting member comprises a first current collecting portion and a second current collecting portion connected to the first current collecting portion, the first current collecting portion is configured to be connected to the first tab to realize an electrical connection between the current collecting member and the first tab, and the second current collecting portion is configured to be connected to the electrode terminal to realize an electrical connection between the current collecting member and the electrode terminal;
the second current collecting portion protrudes from a surface of the first current collecting portion that faces the electrode terminal, to extend into the first recess and abut against the bottom surface of the first recess.

The battery cell according to claim 12 , wherein a second recess is formed at a position of the current collecting member that corresponds to the second current collecting portion, and the second recess is recessed from a surface of the first current collecting portion that faces the first tab along a direction away from the first tab.
14 . The battery cell according to claim 12 , wherein the first current collecting portion and the second current collecting portion are integrally formed.
15 . The battery cell according to claim 12 , wherein the first current collecting portion is abutted against and welded to the first tab, and the second current collecting portion is abutted against and welded to the bottom surface of the first recess.

The battery cell according to claim 15 , wherein the electrode assembly comprises a winding center hole, the winding center hole is configured to be corresponding to a position of the second current collecting portion, and the winding center hole is configured to be penetrated by an external welding part to weld the second current collecting portion to the bottom surface of the first recess.
17 . The battery cell according to claim 15 , further comprising an insulating sheet surrounding an outside of the second current collecting portion and being at least partially clamped between the first current collecting portion and the electrode terminal.
18 . The battery cell according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom surface of the first recess is a flat surface.
19 . The battery cell according to claim 1 , wherein the casing comprises a cover plate and a casing body, the casing body comprises a casing side wall and a casing bottom wall that are integrally formed, the casing side wall surrounds the casing bottom wall, one end of the casing side wall is connected to the casing bottom wall, the other end of the casing side wall encircles to form an opening opposite to the casing bottom wall, and the opening is covered by the cover plate;
the wall is the casing bottom wall or the cover plate.
20 . A battery comprising a plurality of the battery cells according to claim 1 .
