Abstract

Provided are a magnetic field shield sheet for a wireless charger, a method of manufacturing the sheet, and a receiver for the wireless charger by using the sheet. The sheet includes at least one layer thin magnetic sheet made of an amorphous ribbon separated into a plurality of fine pieces; a protective film that is adhered on one surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a first adhesive layer provided on one side of the protective film; and a double-sided tape that is adhered on the other surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a second adhesive layer provided on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape, wherein gaps among the plurality of fine pieces are filled by some parts of the first and second adhesive layers, to thereby isolate the plurality of fine pieces.

Claims (24)

1. A reception device for a wireless charger that charges a secondary battery, the reception device comprising:

a wireless charging coil that receives a wireless signal from a transmission device for the wireless charger;

a near-field communication (NFC) antenna coil;

a permanent magnet that aligns the reception device with the transmission device;

a magnetic field shield sheet that comprises a magnetic sheet having a plurality of magnetic layers being separated into plurality of pieces; and

an adhesive that is interposed between the adjacent magnetic layers,

wherein at least a part of gaps among the plurality of pieces formed on the adjacent magnetic layers is filled with the adhesive, and

wherein the plurality of pieces have irregular shapes.

2. The reception device of claim 1 , further comprises:

a protective layer which comprises an adhesive layer that is abut to one surface of the magnetic sheet; and

a double-sided tape which comprises a sticky material that is abut to the other surface of the magnetic sheet,

wherein at least a part of the gaps among the plurality of pieces formed on either surfaces of the magnetic sheet is filled with either the adhesive layer of the protective layer or the sticky material of the double-sided tape.

3. The reception device of claim 1 , wherein the magnetic sheet is formed with 2 to 12 magnetic layers and each of adjacent magnetic layers is attached to with the adhesive.

4. The reception device of claim 1 , wherein the NFC antenna coil has a larger diameter than the diameter of the wireless charging coil.

5. The reception device of claim 1 , wherein the magnetic sheet is made of a Fe-based amorphous or a nanocrystalline alloy.

6. A magnetic field shield sheet for a wireless charger comprising:

a magnetic sheet which has a plurality of magnetic layers being separated into plurality of pieces; and

a protective layer which comprises an adhesive layer,

wherein at least a part of gaps among the plurality of pieces formed on the adjacent magnetic layers is filled with an adhesive that is interposed between the adjacent magnetic layers, and the plurality of pieces have irregular shapes.

7. The magnetic field shield sheet of claim 6 , wherein at least a part of the gaps among the plurality of pieces formed on one surface of the magnetic sheet is filled with the adhesive layer of the protective layer.

8. The magnetic field shield sheet of claim 7 , further comprises a double-sided tape which comprises a sticky material that is abut to the other surface of the magnetic sheet,

wherein at least a part of the gaps among the plurality of pieces formed on the other surface of the magnetic sheet is filled with the sticky material of the double-sided tape.

9. The magnetic field shield sheet of claim 6 , wherein the magnetic field sheet is applied to a reception device of a wireless charger having a permanent magnet.

10. A magnetic field shield sheet of claim 6 , wherein the magnetic sheet is formed with 2 to 12 magnetic layers and each of adjacent magnetic layers is attached to with the adhesive.
